Happy birthday Corey It was a wonderful video, thanks for sharing your adventures. It is an amazing planet and we need to admire nature as it is...sunny or rainy or...foggy. You have the ability to show the beauty on all the places you go.
Our youngest daughter is in ROTC in high school in North East GA and participated in Wreaths Across America. They placed wreaths on the local graves at our VFW cemetery this last year. So awesome.
I do touch every single door and drawer to make sure they are latched. The motorhome layout that I have I can still get to everything with both slides in. Only*is I have to crawl across the bed to get to the main closet.
Those bunchberry flowers and the purple lilies grow here in the forests of Oregon as well. This video did remind me of places here . Maine is beautiful.
What a beautiful place to see! I'm always amazed at the fact that wherever you look you can see something beautiful. Something you see every day can be beautiful but you don't see it until you look at it from a different view point, like changing out the camera lenses. When Corey got his new camera he got so excited but in his excitement, he made me think about using my camera to see things differently, more clearly. What a difference it's made in the way I see things now! Using my camera to see things I normally can't see because they're too small or out of focus, like the lol white things in the grass - they're tiny flowers from weeds but with the camera I can see them and they're beautiful! Thanks for bringing us on this lovely walk in the park! Happy trails and safe travels to y'all!
I’m a lighthouse chaser. Omg the most beautiful views I’ve ever seen. I’m rving to Maine next Spring. I cannot wait to see all these places in person. Thank you for sharing these beautiful places. I look forward to always seeing more places on your journey.
Happy birthday, Corey and many more besides! More breathtaking video. Even the fog was photogenic! Y'all visited Michigan's UP a while back. I think y'all would enjoy L'Anse Houghton and Hancock and the Keweenaw Peninsula over past the Apostle Islands over to Duluth MN up onto the North Shore on Lake Superior. You would enjoy it a lot but nothing is like the Maine coast! Safe travels, y'all!
Hope you had a wonderful Birthday Cory. You all have been in some foggy places lately but on the flip side you are not dealing with triple digit temperatures. Safe travels.
Wowza! Beautiful! Thank u nickerson family for taking us places we may never go in our life time. What a gift u have given the world and your own precious family,I appreciate you more than you know,a chick from Indiana.❤️👍
Happy Birthday Corey. We participate in the laying of the wreaths every year at Crown Hill National Cemetery in Indianapolis. We honor, we teach, we remember. Thank you for your service.
My aunt’s brother David Jones was a park service keeper at West Quoddy. There is a bench dedicated to him there. Beautiful place. Been there many times.
So glad you took us to the eastern most point. Was beautiful scenery even without the sun. Nice trails too. Lily & Layla were great making your birthday special! So here's a cool idea. Having watched so many videos when the girls get to the truck first, how about give them there own key fob so they get seated first. Haha! Bet they would love it. Your family is awesome! Mike B.
Happy birthday Cory! We live in the foggy Northwest, so we all know about not seeing the sun much. You might want to give the RV park owner some grass seed after you rototilled that spot! Lol
Gorgeous! Before I leave this earth it has been my dream to travel the Northeast especially the beautiful State of Maine. As to the waves going out from the rock beach.. sounded like a huge bowl of Rice Crispies cereal. LOL Safe Travels y’all and God Bless your beautiful Family.
The plant apps are pretty cool but they sometimes make you pay. For iPhone, when you take a picture swipe up and it has a lookup option. I use it for plants and different things all the time. Don’t need an app.
If you come to Minnesota, you will find the North Shore of Lake Superior to be a lot like Maine. But before you head north, start in southeastern MN and drive up the Mississippi. Then hit the North Shore over to International Falls and make your way to the Northwest Angle via Canada. Once you visit the northern most point in the lower 48, head back south and stop at Itasca State Park to visit the headwaters of the Mississippi. Lots of cool places to visit here in MN, but come in the summer or as late as September/October. Winter is amazing too, but not in a camper.
Always wanted to go to Maine. Got up to upper state New York and then turned back Buffalo. We always said we would someday come back to visit the state of Maine. That someday hasn't happened yet, that was back in 2007. I hope the opportunity will come in the next year or so...Love all that you are sharing...so if the health doesn't improve enough to travel..what you have shared so far has been SO enjoyable.. Keep safe..hugs
We drove from Ellsworth out to the West Quody lighthouse in May 2021 and it was so sunny. We loved that hike too!!! Agree the hike made the day. We got such great pictures at the wooden lookout...so much fun. I think Quoddy is our favorite lighthouse, love the stripes. ( don't remember it being so dirty...it could use a little detailing don't you think?) Our son and DIL just remodeled a fifth wheel Reflection and will be hitting the road in 2 weeks. So excited for them. Thanks for taking us back to Quoddy!!! (Ohhhh we recently returned from Rome and saw the same Grey rocks with white strips there that we saw on the Maine Coast.)
We were to have done exactly this in another week Sunset Point to Sunset Point! But, we got tired of three straight weeks of rain and more of it in the forecast. We’ve headed south.
Happy Birthday! I have stayed at that very campground. We also really enjoyed the trails around the light house. Did you make it to the chocolate store across the street from the campground? So glad you are all enjoying our great state of Maine. We stayed at Lily Bay state Park this weekend. Lots of wildlife. Last year I took my 81 year old aunt on a float plane ride around Moosehead Lake. Can't wait for your next adventure! Have fun.
So many great scenes overlooking the water. As this is from a while back, you apparently missed some extreme rains. I saw someone on IG that said they were going to Maine a couple weeks ago and the weather wasn't looking good for them.
Live st Louis and unfortunately they only do select graves at Jefferson Barracks. I think everyone should do it once. Goes really fast. Its beautiful and very emotional.
My wife and I were already planning a trip to Maine this fall and I was looking at Sunset Point in Lubec and West Quoddy Head so I’ve been following this trip well thanks
So green is right! I am assuming you are happy to finally RV your state. I would love to visit Maine. The rocks rolling in the waves were cool. I don't think I have ever heard that before. Thanks for sharing Maine with us!
Happy birthday Corey. There was a article in the local paper About people and families moving to northern states to escape the summer heat. It mentioned Maine.Have you noticed any changes with out of state visitors or people buying houses from out of state. It states Maine will see more out of state visitors and buyers of homes because of climate change and relatively Cheaper home and business prices. People from the south and out west are starting to look to relocate for various reasons.
Corey, Did you know that if you are taking a picture of a plant with an iPhone, you can press the picture’s info button and click on Look Up Plant? I accidentally discovered this wonderful little feature this summer.
Amazing video as y'all always do. Really enjoy the comments from all of you it makes it more of a learning experience to hear what each of you think about an area
You should have taken the bridge!! You would have found the Sun AND Canada!! Just skip the part of Canada that takes you to Alaska... haha. Happy Birthday Corey!
I have wanted to get to visit Quoddy Head State Park & the lighthouse forever! We made it to Saint Croix Island International Historic Site & Eastport, but plum ran out of time to get to West Quoddy Head Lighthouse! Thankful I get to see it thru your eyes!! Loving this Maine Adventure!!
I loved meeting you all today, my only wish was that we hadn’t been traveling for three days and missed seeing this before we met. Just left the same spots.
happy birthday. i can't believe you had to miss out on campobello. we stayed there last month at herring cove provencial park and visit the only dual owned national park in our national park system, FDR summer home. matter of fact we were parked in the same rv park in lubec. enjoy your videos!
The West Quoddy Head Lighthouse is the Dish scape feature on dish this month. I put this on my bucket list now. FYI Corey, fog is a low lying cloud. We had this discussion on the pilot institute site and the FAA does classify fog as a cloud. Happy late birthday.
The Northernmost Point is interesting to get to. Of you drive it, be prepared for about 25 miles of unpaved roadway and a dirty truck😮, but it was fun to accomplish
Happy Birthday 🎆 FYI: the horns, whistles, bells you hear are from the aids to navigation (buoys) out in the water. Lighthouses are visual only. A USCG guy helping his USN brother⚓️
You’re right, what we hearing was out in the channel(I mentioned it in the video) there is however a fog horn at that light and most others that I have been too. Thank you for your service 💪😎
Just to add to this, the horn is on a buoy. As the buoy rises and falls in the water due to the waves it will suck in air as it rises. As it falls the air is forced out thru the horn.
Another great video!! Can’t let the weather change your plans. You can have a great day no matter what the weather is. By the way, an iPhone 14 Pro will identify plants and animals without an extra app. Just tap the “i” at the bottom of the screen.
Happy belated 😊....now you guys come over to Nova Scotia for a visit. We have serendipitously ended up here in NS for the summer with family and would love to show you around.
Ok, new subscriber here...I just binged everything since Boothbay and am loving your channel! We just went to Boothbay 2 weeks ago so it was cool to see the RV park with the brewery. Def on our list of places to stay soon. Great drone shots and great video in general. Thanx for sharing!
I just love yalls youtube channel. I am shocked that yall only have 72k subscribers, that has to be wrong. I would think yall would have 500k or more...
So I am dying laughing as Corey explains how he wants to photograph the Milky Way over the rocky coast, and all he sees is fog. It sure looked a lot like a Milky Way to me. Lol! Also, when you make your way to Minnesota, to visit the northern most spot in International Falls, make sure your route takes you up the north shore of Lake Superior . Highway 61 north east of Duluth. You will find rocky shores and lighthouses and you’ll be saying, just looks like the Pacific Northwest or Maine. Lol! You don’t want to miss the rocky beaches along the Lake Superior shoreline, and the most photographed lighthouse in North America split rock lighthouse. Google it, you’ll see amazing photos that will inspire you to take your own.

Tip for picking up wet hoses: keep a rag with the hoses, wipe down hoses as you coil them.
Great tip! I do this for the power cord , but since the hose is fabric coated it doesn’t work as good 😕
I love it when you guys talk to each other while you’re hiking.
It is one of our favorite times to connect with each other and the girls! Thanks for being here with us!
I use that foam under the grate of my Coleman stove to keep it quiet.🔥🔥🔥
Enjoyed the video. Great scenery!! The fog made the woods and rocks appear more menacing.
Good Birthday. Surrounded by 3 beautiful ladies that love you.
Great adventure, great family. You’re a lucky Dad to have a birthday like that.
Thank you for watching and taking the time to comment!
A little late but Happy Birthday Corey!
Happy birthday Corey
It was a wonderful video, thanks for sharing your adventures. It is an amazing planet and we need to admire nature as it is...sunny or rainy or...foggy. You have the ability to show the beauty on all the places you go.
Thank you so much for joining us and for the birthday wishes! It was still great even in the fog!😁
Our youngest daughter is in ROTC in high school in North East GA and participated in Wreaths Across America. They placed wreaths on the local graves at our VFW cemetery this last year. So awesome.
OMGosh guys! please be careful! holding my breath on that one

Pretty in it's own way!
This location reminds me of Washington State.
Happy Birthday Corey!!!
We completely agree! And we thought the same about Washington and Oregon when we visited. Thank you for joining us and for the birthday wishes!

Wow. Excellent photography as usual. Thanks for sharing.
Canadian Bunchberry is also called Dwarf Dogwood, Cornus canadensis, one of my favorite native flowers.
Love love sunset point Lubeck. Love the brewery. Thanks.
As someone who lives and grew up in the PNW, I can confirm that looks like the PNW!
The PNWs coast is just bigger 🤩
So beautiful even in the fog. The water through the rocks sounded like rice crispy’s in milk.
We are heading to Maine in a couple of months and your videos are excellent preparation and inspiration! Safe Travels to you folks!!
Awesome! We hope you have an amazing time!🙌
You found it! The spot we need to be for January 1st sunrise! Good times. Fog adds a mystic feel to the whole video. Good deal.
It is going to be chilly so bring a hat and gloves!!! It was pretty magical out there in the mist!
Louies moving day job is a hands and knees wipe under the slides then vacuum, we learned from yall!
20:33 See the pole sticking out of the cement, that is where the "don't pass this sign" once lived LOL
Hope you had a wonderful Birthday Cory. You all have been in some foggy places lately but on the flip side you are not dealing with triple digit temperatures. Safe travels.

Happy birthday Cory! We live in the foggy Northwest, so we all know about not seeing the sun much. You might want to give the RV park owner some grass seed after you rototilled that spot! Lol
He knew it was going to happen. Luckily when we pulled out we did it in a way that we didn’t leave anymore ruts.
We love it up there. The Maine coast is beautiful. One of the times we went up to Lubec it was actually sunny lol
It truly is! And we are so glad you got to see Lubec in the sun! Thanks for watching!
Beautiful lush green woods. Great hike.

My wife and I love watching your hikes. As she is mobility impaired we will never be able to do them.
Really enjoyed the beautiful scenery of your state!! Probably will not ever see it in person but feel like I’ve been there ! Thanks
Wreaths across America is awesome, my son's and I have participated twice at Arlington it was impressive
"Enjoy what we have now" should be a life "mantra". God Bless 😀

Those were some beautiful views. You guys were so lucky.
Based on your experience w/slide, we do not put any weight on slide unless it is fully extended
What gorgeous scenery! Thank you so much for sharing!!!
Sorry you had the rain and fog, but it looked like you had a good time anyway. Great videography!!
We were to have done exactly this in another week Sunset Point to Sunset Point! But, we got tired of three straight weeks of rain and more of it in the forecast. We’ve headed south.
even with the fog that scenery is amazing
Thank you 🙏 The fog just made it more mysterious 😎
Awesome video. Thanks for sharing!
Belated Happy Birthday Cory! Always remember that the sun will come out tomorrow.

Washington County. Spent a lot of time in those areas. Spent most of my high school years not far from those areas.
Great place to grow up exploring!
Amazing video as y'all always do. Really enjoy the comments from all of you it makes it more of a learning experience to hear what each of you think about an area
We are so glad you enjoyed it! Thank you for being here with us!
We were at Quoddy in 2016 and loved the hike and the LH. Our phones kept jumping across to Canada so that was a fun bill lol
I'm guessing I was there just after you, on July 4-7 and we didn't have rain. It would have been cool to run into you there. Happy birthday Corey!
You should have taken the bridge!! You would have found the Sun AND Canada!! Just skip the part of Canada that takes you to Alaska... haha. Happy Birthday Corey!
I DO LOVE HEAVY WOODS❤❤ VERY BEAUTIFUL WHERE YOU ARE
MY BELOVED BIG SUR❤
Amazing coast!

We sure hope so!
Happy Birthday Corey! Whoopie pies and Scotchy's are the best!!
It was a delicious cake!
I loved meeting you all today, my only wish was that we hadn’t been traveling for three days and missed seeing this before we met. Just left the same spots.

Lovely as usual, and you have inspired us to head north. We current'y in the Pocono's and will be heading to your home state next week.
Didn't even need to hear what month you were visiting the Lubec area. I knew it was June because here in Maine, we had 8 days without rain!
Happy Birthday 🎆

Have to come back to Michigan and go to white fish point where the Edmund Fitzgerald went down
The Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum is a must visit.
