Nissan Patrol Y60. Doesn't look licensed though. At least a company trying to make a different model, unlike all the other companies copying the same damn crawler bodies. Defender Jeep Defender jeep. sick of those
Lots of Nissans in the Australian bush. Way more common than Jeeps . I suggest there is a market for this for anyone wanting to drive and Aussie off-road?
The yikong FunHaver bronco has been telling me to buy it for a while now. It looks like it's a great truck and best of all, at 1/7 scale one 6s, it's not a mini
Josh, thanks so much for sharing! I think you just made me sell out lol but I already have an order in for more so they should be here shortly. Pictures were quickly done to get the product live. Thanks man, I appreciate it.
Lesu & Toucan Hobby make heavy equipment rc models. The prices can go as high as $15,000usd. Toucan Hobby has military models at different scales, but also pricey.
Thanks for the shout out Harley!!!! The interior kit is completely bolt in, just paint and go. The cutting is for the front markers and tail lights included with the kit.
Cheapest thing I want for Christmas? Costs nothing but it's absolutely priceless, and that's seeing my kids happy. I bought a ToF for myself (and opened it today), and there's really nothing else I want this year. Sure it's cheesy and sappy, but when my list is two items long and one of em has a price tag, well, you asked. Oh, and thanks for doing ToF again. I lucked into red carbon fiber rails and light blue dredgers in my VRD builder's kit box, incredibly stoked to throw it together.
A tubing notch tracer for full size fabrication. It would’ve been very useful when I was installing the roll cage kit for my Danger Ranger 9000 truck and had to do some notching and custom work.
i will say i hope hpi does make a decent comeback i am and will always be partial to em first hobby grade rc was a crawler king that. still have the og body for it haha. looking for a decent venture for sale to just have.. but as always love tuesdays for the newsdays
Went to check out the equipment since I own an excavation company and run them everyday. Anyway just wanted to say it must be spelled LESU RC as that is all i could come up with. Appreciate the SNU.
The Yikong is a Nissan Patrol GR, at least in Europe... it's one of the best offload trucks we have. It was released in the 90ties and and the demand of this vehicle is still high because it is highly customizable.
It's LESU. Lesu quality isn't the best, but it's not the worst. I believe the quality has been getting better though. A lot of competition exists in the 1/14 truck and construction space, I think it is forcing everyone to improve quality.
I didn’t get a chance to make a list. My wife told me my shopping was done 😮. I may buy a new battery for my dewalt driver for a stocking stuffer from Santa
As the guy's below say a Nissan a little more homework maybe Josh Forgot to mention I have the Bronco R from Yikong and it handles as good as the mutch more expensive UDR love mine says a lot as I am an TRAXXAS UDR fanatic.
I have one of Lesu's larger excavators. I purchased it as a kit and it was only the second rc I built. But it was alot of fun. Crawler kits are cake now! 😂
That HPI seems like a great trail/crawler truck. Let's hope it proves itself to live up to the hype . If it's a good one, i might order one 🤗 thanks for the news .....Harry
Cheapest thing on my list, a rod end tool however, the TGH tools are all sold out everywhere so I think she got me HCRC. The most expensive thing on my list this year is an optic kit and I think it just shipped.
Definitely a Cherokee with a Nissan Pathfinder grille. Like the redcat mini monster truck is a 67-72 c10 style body but with a similar years Ford truck style grille, a few mash up body/grille combos lately. Love the scale news! Watch it every episode.
@akoshorvath-risko5838 depends on the country, a Nissan Pathfinder in the US is a version of a patrol, just like a Toyota surf is a Toyota 4runner with some changes in the US market
@natehill8784 I don't think that generation of Patrol was sold in the US. We had the Pathfinder in Europe too, as a SUV built on the King Cab/Hardbody platform. Like Toyota's 4Runner on the Hilux/Pickup. Meanwhile, the Patrol was the Nissan equivalent to the Land Cruiser.
@akoshorvath-risko5838 the Pathfinder and the frontier (pickup) had similar front ends, like the Hilux being the Toyota pickup or Tacoma over here, they share a good majority of styling.
@akoshorvath-risko5838 and the older square design patrol had rounded then square back fender flares as the body, this has the Cherokee's squared up body with a regular "bushwhacker" or extended factory Cherokee fender flares. Look up late 80's to 90's Cherokee and you will see that same flare design just smaller as a separate part, unlike a patrol that from what I could find, has body panel flares of a "wide body" looking flare/fender design
I want a new coffee maker. Also, if you end up my secret Santa, I want the new schumacher stadium truck 😂. I saw the shirt. I think the others might be correct about yikong. Everyone always forgets about the Chrysler of Japan, Nissan.
Cheapest for me this year is a mechanics creeper stool. If your asking for a new belt I love my groove life belt. Very comfy. The one gift I want but doesn't exist is a vanquish builders kit that has 2 h10 front axles, vfd twin, and vs10 chassis. Buying everything seperate at once is too pricey. Can you do something for me? Hahahaha. keep up the great videos. MERRY Christmas
2 4ft led whip antennas for my truck. That's the cheapest Christmas gift I want. The most expensive thing I want is a kel-tec KSG 12 gauge shotgun. But my wife says I haven't been that good this year. Lmao! Who knows?! I might end up with a crisp high five from her. Lmmfao! 😂😂😂
My wedding ring don't fit since I've lost like 60 lbs and I don't wear it at work anyway so I got one of those silicone rings and since they were bogo I got her one too maybe she'll leave the expensive stuff at home sometimes. Asked for a set of 1x2x3 blocks and some magnetic 90* welding jigs so we'll see if I get either of those
"least expensive" item on my list would probably be new underwear. Since you started to say it, I'll also mention the "most expensive", which is a DJI Mini 4 Pro w/ RC controller.
As far as I know, I think Rebel RC did not distribute YK4106, what you mentioned about the item should be YK4102 with a Jeep body, and I don't think Yikong do OEM for Rlaarlo before, but I heard that Rlaarlo just copied and employ staff left from Yikong. Is it should be a BIG news of this week's topic ?😂😂
I watched several of the videos on the new HPI18 and in my opinion it is probably the best crawler they have ever produced maybe they should bump it up to 10th scale. Although no crawler runs rims that big and such low profile tires but that is an easy upgrade and easy scale situation to solve
Yeah the yikong definitely is a Cherokee for the back half and the front looks like a Nissan patrol you see them do gnarly sand hill drags with the patrols in the Middle East for cheap Christmas gifts I always go to a good thick pair of socks
I still don't understand why everyone is so excited about another tiny crawler. Is it that is from HPI and possibly might not totally suck? I'd love the Traxxass and HPI from back in the day but this little truck isn't making me nostalgic. They're not really innovating. Just following years behind current trends as usual. I'm more excited about a few of the large scale Chinese rigs I've been seeing on Ali Express recently. They are trying to be different and i like it! I'm gonna get that Funhaver Bronco and the large scale buggy jeep looking thing next year.
We’ve looked at lots of options but none of them work well as you can never know what trucks people have. TOF will likely be the only thing we do. I’m sure there will be a time I don’t have time to keep doing it as well.
That's a goddamn Nissan Patrol. Jesus Josh. Surely you're trolling us all.
The arctic truck version of a patrol! 🤣
@scalebuildersguild FFS Matt, how could you let him call it a Jeoyota???
He's got a point. All old Toyotas, and some new Toyotas, all look the same!
Yeah, it's the very special Land Cruiser variant known as the Nissan Patrol... bless your heart, Josh.
Yikong is more like a Nissan Patrol/Safari grill on a Jeep body. These are common trucks over here in NZ and Australia.
It's not even a Jeep body, it's a pretty accurate Patrol
I’ve got a yikong 6101 it’s brilliant highly recommend yikong!
Yikong is a GQ Nissan Patrol by looks.. Quite a popular 1:1 vehicle in Oz
Whats the rtr count
Lesu & Toucan Hobby make heavy equipment rc models. The prices can go as high as $15,000usd. Toucan Hobby has military models at different scales, but also pricey.
That yikong is a GQ Nissan patrol. I have 1:1 of those so I've been waiting for something like this
Patrols are top dawg!!!
Thanks for the shout out Harley!!!! The interior kit is completely bolt in, just paint and go. The cutting is for the front markers and tail lights included with the kit.
Those wheels and the body on that yikon looks really freakin good
Cheapest thing I want for Christmas? Costs nothing but it's absolutely priceless, and that's seeing my kids happy. I bought a ToF for myself (and opened it today), and there's really nothing else I want this year. Sure it's cheesy and sappy, but when my list is two items long and one of em has a price tag, well, you asked.
Oh, and thanks for doing ToF again. I lucked into red carbon fiber rails and light blue dredgers in my VRD builder's kit box, incredibly stoked to throw it together.
Thank you.......I think. 🤣😘
A tubing notch tracer for full size fabrication. It would’ve been very useful when I was installing the roll cage kit for my Danger Ranger 9000 truck and had to do some notching and custom work.

Yes, Lesu

That Yikon cutting brake could be impressive on a Werock Buggy.
i tested this function on an Absima G-Wagon and it worked really well in the shop. would be cool in a Trucktrial car.
Definitely a Nissan Patrol body on the Yikong. Quite a popular 4x4 model in the countries I have lived.
My only Christmas gift to myself is an IWB holster for my newest pew pew.
There aren't enough O's in Smoooooth for your Segway lately. Channel membership is like friends with benefits....but different.
If I had a Christmas list, the cheapest thing would probably be the stuff needed to convert my Outcast 8s to a Kraton.
I can't believe that out of all the companies, Yikong is the first with a Ford Maverick body!
Tamiya Super Astute is #1 on my christmas list.
Go the GQ Patrol🤙
I had a 2 door shorty for 10yrs, loved it.
Erik Mirrer lol 😂
I didn’t get a chance to make a list. My wife told me my shopping was done 😮. I may buy a new battery for my dewalt driver for a stocking stuffer from Santa
As the guy's below say a Nissan a little more homework maybe Josh Forgot to mention I have the Bronco R from Yikong and it handles as good as the mutch more expensive UDR love mine says a lot as I am an TRAXXAS UDR fanatic.
That's awesome. I've almost ordered one a dozen times since they've been on sale lately but haven't heard anyone with personal experience with one.
I have one of Lesu's larger excavators. I purchased it as a kit and it was only the second rc I built. But it was alot of fun. Crawler kits are cake now! 😂
I swear every time I slow down with rc all together vanquish products does a TOF release lmao 🤣 so much for the slow down lmao 🤣
The black one looks exactly like my full sized truck I had back in the 90's. I even had the same rollbar haha
Im going to have to pick one up
The Yikong looks like a 90s Nissan Patrol.
Cheapest thing, praying for more time with my kid 🙏. Most expensive thing getting my house paid off before I'm gone. God bless and keep wheeling 🙏
That HPI seems like a great trail/crawler truck. Let's hope it proves itself to live up to the hype . If it's a good one, i might order one 🤗 thanks for the news .....Harry
Hobbywing fusion pro is on my list.
Cheapest thing on my list, a rod end tool however, the TGH tools are all sold out everywhere so I think she got me HCRC. The most expensive thing on my list this year is an optic kit and I think it just shipped.
As a driver of a Schumacher products....I was like that's awesome to see you in that shirt.
Definitely a Cherokee with a Nissan Pathfinder grille. Like the redcat mini monster truck is a 67-72 c10 style body but with a similar years Ford truck style grille, a few mash up body/grille combos lately.
Love the scale news! Watch it every episode.
@@natehill8784 It's not though. It's a Nissan Patrol.

The groove life is all I wear! Been wearing them for like 4 years now. I want the new leather one for dress-up days.
@HarleyDesignsInc nice. I saw that and it'll be my next one.
1/14 is cool stuff, hydraulic or electric, its just completely another level of rc
Lmmfao! 😂😂😂
I want to see 24 ft whip antennas installed! 😂
I have that shotty. I'd honestly get a Benelli instead bc it is more reliable
Heat sink for my Losi Nascar. Gotta have it before the season starts.
On my list is vanquish dig in clear.
My wedding ring don't fit since I've lost like 60 lbs and I don't wear it at work anyway so I got one of those silicone rings and since they were bogo I got her one too maybe she'll leave the expensive stuff at home sometimes. You mean scheibenbremsen, discbrake, schneidbremsen mean cuting brake! greets from germany
The next wheel,(praise Wheel) should require the use of a Leso mini excavator to remove a part. Toilet paper.
"least expensive" item on my list would probably be new underwear. Since you started to say it, I'll also mention the "most expensive", which is a DJI Mini 4 Pro w/ RC controller.
Get a golf stretchy belt it will change your life. I got myself some ball end drivers. Good tools are the best🎉
I actually believe the 956 is a re-re and it's based on their pan car chassis.
The only/cheapest item I want for Christmas are the Rockabilly files!!
I watched several of the videos on the new HPI18 and in my opinion it is probably the best crawler they have ever produced maybe they should bump it up to 10th scale. Although no crawler runs rims that big and such low profile tires but that is an easy upgrade and easy scale situation to solve
Nisan Partrol, short bus! Oh, I see I'm not the only one, LMAO
Hey, mate! The Yicong is a NISSAN PATROL GR, believe me… (or a „JEESSAN“ / Jeep with Patrol GR - Grille)😂
I’m dropping a VFD twin in my trx based build
Leso track loader build off with Scale bashers Guild!
Matt’s not much of a builder tho. 😂
The Toyota Jeep thing is definitely leaning towards a Nissan Patrol more so.
14:50 it looks like a Jeep Cherokee with a Nissan grill maybe from a Nissan hardbody
Heyy called it with Tamiya
My cheapest is a towel
I'd be curious of the wheelbase vs the ut 18 and the scx24 size.
I think I put a roll of Bambu filament on mine. That's probably the cheapest.
For Christmas I want one of those cheap lookin vanquish rigs.
14:50 Looks like a GQ Nissan Patrol to me.
The one time I am buying a new house.... Moving in Friday lol
1. Belt
2. Hats
3. Anything Rc
Keep up the great work son. Happy Holidays everyone!
Yeah the yikong definitely is a Cherokee for the back half and the front looks like a Nissan patrol you see them do gnarly sand hill drags with the patrols in the Middle East for cheap Christmas gifts I always go to a good thick pair of socks
So that's where the xr10 cutting brake went to
Cheapest thing on my list is a poop tent 🤘😁🤘
The only item on my Christmas list is a new traxxas trx4 f150 body. That’s all I need or want.
Schumacher racing T-shirt…do I sense the RC racing bug has caught Josh🤔
No sir!! They are a distributor of Vanquish Products and sent a bunch of swag over!
YK4107 Is a Nissan Patrol, called a GQ in Oz and Y60 or Safari in most of the rest of the world! Josh how can you not recognize it? Was that a joke?
jota 4107. i like it!
Agreed,patrol 🏴
HPI Venture 18 RTR brushless.
I kinda want that yikon thing fr
That Yikong thing looks like a Nissan Patrol.
Need a good crazy rc Traxxas 4wheel drive
Of topic. But we need to talk F1. Let’s go over some of the drama at the end of the season.
Hiking looks like a 4 door Nissan patrol that was sold in Europe
I feel like the venture will look better with 1.0 wheels instead of the 1.2, they look a tad too big
Yikong products are silly expensive imo
Ugh!!!
This is an awesome release, but I wish they would have done 1/10.
Older jeep wagoneer 👍🏻
Your bender comment should have been "Down with Bender!" More appropriate than Snu Snu.
How long do you think we can count on hpi to support the new truck due to their past history of failures
My cheapest item would be some lego technic f1 sets
I do wonder how those cutting brakes will do once they've been through their first mud puddle
H10 optic kit. When are you shipping the second batch, Santa?
I’m hoping for next week.
Segway Master 🙌 😂
Well, I only want one thing for Christmas, a 5" Knipex mini pliers wrench (86 03 125)
When Tamiya going to have RC bodies that are clipless? So many other companies have been able to accomplish this.
Filament for the 3D printer
totally missed the opportunity to call it TRUCKS OF FESTIVUS
Vanquish accessories of fortune $200+ dollars for a chance at axles or wheels and other knickknacks. I don’t need a fourth phoenix.
We’ve looked at lots of options but none of them work well as you can never know what trucks people have. TOF will likely be the only thing we do. I’m sure there will be a time I don’t have time to keep doing it as well.
Need a new set of little guys RC tires 🛞
Nissan patrol for the 4107
Looks like a uk market nissan partol
Cheapest gift on my list , 3m x 10 screw
An excavator would look good on a gooseneck trailer…
