- Hello my chivalrous chipmunks, today's reiki session is designed to completely relax you, and help you ease into sleep. It will start as a POV roleplay, and halfway through we'll transition into a close up.
We'll start with a few breathing exercises and a grounding technique as I give you a POV massage with some fabric scratching sounds. Then I'll begin with the negative energy removal and plucking & snipping, which will include some layered in binaural beats. Then I'll wind you down for sleep with some face brushing and personal attention, and we'll finish with some gentle crackling and crinkling noises to lull you to sleep. I'll be softly speaking throughout the session.

Super relaxing video Maple! As I was drifting off, I didn't even notice the sound building until you snapped and it dropped out. It really had the effect of having me drop into silence which helped put me to sleep - great job 🙂
Amazing!! That's literally EXACTLY what I was aiming for. When I worked in kitchens, you have a really loud hood vent system going on constantly, so you get used to it. I always found it SO satisfying to turn off the hood vent at the end of the day after cleaning and there was just this beautiful moment of silence that you didn't even know you were missing.
