I love the work with the gem wands and gem bags. This is one I watch pretty frequently, it's nice to be the person 'receiving' the reiki when normally we're watching Hannah work on someone else.
I don't really believe in Reiki, but my mom is deep in it. For energy work, there's also the idea of remote work, where you mend and heal even from a distance, the idea is intention is what matters. So even if there is no person, the intention can be felt...
