People say Jerry Rice is the GOAT, I say Randy Moss is the baddest GOAT ever to play the game. His catches in tight windows, his one hand catches always, his speed, his formation, his cutting loose, his ability leap the ball is still unmatchable even today..I haven't seen Jerry do anything what Randy did on the field. Only reason Jerry has more records is the longevity of his career. If Randy could've played for 2 decades he would own every single record like a BOSS.
😂😂😂😂 what an absurd and laughable statement full of make believe and excuses. People shouldn’t talk what they don’t know anything about. Kids are under the impression that Jerry Rice only has all the records because he played so long. That shows your lack of NFL knowledge. Rice had all the records when he was still in his prime in his late twenties, early thirties. But let’s play your game. Let’s compare Rice and Moss. Moss played 14 years. Let’s compare Moss’ entire 14 years to Jerry’s first 14. Rice: 1139 catches 17,612 yards 174 touchdowns Moss: 982 catches 15,292 yards 156 touchdowns.
@357twilson if the average WR had Bill Walsh, and Joe Montana and Steve Young for the majority of their career, they too will have those records Jerry set. The moment Moss got pared with Brady. 23 TD's
The record breaking pass against the Giants was tried before and brady missed him. They called the exact play again and Brady didn’t miss twice during this time.
The first player in NFL history to be traded away for a fourth round draft choice to then break the touchdown record in one season with the new team. The first wide receiver to be traded to another team for a fourth round draft choice and then lead the league in receiving touchdowns on a 16-0 season and go on to a Super Bowl as a starter. 🤔🤷🏼🙄
As a pats fan, as heartbreaking as that was… he made up for it. Three more times. Seven would have been nice but we’re pretty pleased with six Super Bowl wins
I will say I think Brady’s play DID cost them in the 2011 Super Bowl when he overthrew Welker. But he also had a STUPID safety on the first drive, resulting in a free punt and good field position for NY, who then scored. Suddenly it’s 9-0 before they touched the ball. Even if the Pats don’t score and then give up a TD but Brady doesn’t make that boneheaded throw for a safety, they’re only down by 3 at the end of the game instead of 5 and the Pats could have tied.
Rice never had the impact on the NFL like Moss did. Not even close. Rice played longer and played on a better team throughout his career. Emmitt Smith had more rushing yards than Jim Brown and OJ Simpson, but Jim and OJ are considered the greatest running backs to ever play the game. Jerry was a great player, but, it’s actually difficult comparing any NFL ball players because of so many different variables. 🤷🏼🤔🙄

Damn, that was an amazing video.
I can't believe he was so good but couldn't do a darn thing when he was with my team in years 05-06. But to his defense, we didn't have an O-Line.
Randy was the most physically gifted receiver ever.
Yet Jerry Rice was better
I still like his early highlights (from when he was here w/the Vikes) the best. THAT's when jaws were really hitting the floor hard.
The greatest of all time. Left out all the Vikings highlights as well.
Randy Moss, NFL Hall of Famer, respect.
