● Go to the internet cafe.
● Use a computer to get on love-meet.net and find FRENCH TOM.
● Get to the diner to meet French Tom.
● French Tom is inside the diner. Look for him.
● Take down French Tom.

It is actually possible to complete this mission after finishing the whole storyline, just keep ignoring the meeting and it will keep automatically rescheduling the meeting one week ahead continously, thus you can have No. 1 as the very last story mission
I did not realize that but I always saved the Brucie missions as long as I could because he’s my favorite character. Lol
And really his missions are pretty much isolated from the main story.
Yeah. I did it actually in 2023 cause i passed the history again. U have to RESPONSE that email that shows the meeting on 69 hove streets diners and the remember will appear in the calendary for 12 am. Then go to the restaurant and he will be there even if u have the history completed hahaha. And after will u appear the next brucie (B) missions on the map , which are the races and stuff. I hope i helped u. Remember go to cibercafe go down and search the email and click response to the agree face ( green smile)
