    He is a real point guard. The offense looks soo much better with him behind the wheel. We needed a backup pg for years!

    No one would be sorry to play this young man. We watched him play at CSU for years. Being 6' certainly is an issue in NBA but he has speed, tenacity, confidence and most of all great character. His work ethic is outstanding and was always a natural leader and an asset to the team. Even on an off night he was very unselfish and made sure to help the team. Coach Medved taught him so much and cared about him for a reason. Please give this young man a chance!

    I watched him at Colorado St for years. Awesome player; strong leader, great young man. His eye-catching play to start the summer league is not a fluke. Very intelligent player, unbelievable ball placement on his assists. I hope he has a great career in the NBA.

    Someone on five reasons said he was one of the best players in all of ncaa, but he’s 5’11”. I had an eye out, and he’s totally surprising expectations. He sounded like a very thoughtful, intelligent person in the one post game interview I watched.
    I like Pullin’s game a lot too, but so far Isaiah is shining a little brighter. Hope we keep both.

    This summer league squad is the most fun I’ve had watching the Heat since we beat the Celtics in 23. I love the way these guys play. The athleticism, the pace, THE DUNKS, the aggression on both ends.
    It was good to see Jaime lead and just dominate too,

    • @anthonyd_heat
      @anthonyd_heat  3 месяца назад +2

      It’s a fine consolation prize to running it back 😂

    • @PointJovic

      I just love the energy. You can tell these guys are becoming good friends and enjoying this. It’s exciting, special even. When Keshad slammed the shit out of the ball before the buzzer you can see Jaime flexing and screaming for him, the bench going nuts…I love that shit.
      I’m so torn on this team, cause Jimmy is by far my favorite player, and I’m a Heat fan because of him. But I also kind of really want and think it’s probably best to just go young now.
      On a side note, I actually think Herro would be a much better fit with these guys than he is with Jimmy and co. And probably wouldn’t feel so desperate to move him if we did go young.

    Finally somebody is talking about this kid. I agree with you 100 %, for me is the best prospect I haveseen on the summer league team by far. Very good paser, quick, good defender and hardly miss a shot or free throw. The only downside is his hight, but I will rather have him than Dru Smith

    Hola Ant. I was high on Stevens the night Pat scooped him up as a UDFA after I was down on losing Tyler Kolek to the Knicks. Saw his highlights and was impressed with him having records in points, assists and 3PM. Both equally impressive true PG's. Look forward to each representing their respective teams for many years to come. Isaiah ("50 Cents" cause of jersey # 👍) is the best UDFA we got and Johnson and Pullin are not chopped liver. I will give him an edge over Larsson. Equal to Ware. Great job on making this video. You truly are ahead of the curve on this one. ✌️PS: Watch out for Josh Christopher.

      @@MaxCamacho appreciate the well thought out comment. It’s funny you brought up Tyler Kolek, because I was just thinking about him too. I was sad when the Knicks took him but after seeing Stevens play, I honestly couldn’t care less about Kolek anymore 😂

    • @MaxCamacho
      @MaxCamacho 3 месяца назад

      @@anthonyd_heat You got it amigo. I don't foresee not supporting Kolek because I touted him for weeks before the draft. I was really hoping the Heat would get him. Maybe not at 16 but I wouldn't mind. Will enjoy his passing from afar but will not root for the Knicks. God what a conundrum. But what a consolation prize in my view with Stevens. Never imagined it would happen. Never knew he existed. A complete home run on the Heat scouting this kid. I don't think many Heat fans know the gravity of what he will bring to the Heat. Passing we haven't seen since Dwyane Wade. I look forward to Ware, Stevens, Bam, and Triple J give us highlight after highlight for a long time to come. And look forward to your videos in the process. Keep rocking. 👍

    @BrutallyGoofyBuddha420 3 месяца назад

    I know the trend has certainly been (since Magic came into the NBA) for teams to look for that GOLDEN GOOSE, a Point Guard the size of a Power Forward.
    We actually came up with the term Point Forward to describe it. Yet, there's a reason so many very successful point guards, and guards in general, have been shorter, many as short as Isaiah Stevens is. Because they're on a different plane, sight-wise, than taller players (just as those taller players are on a different sight-line and can see things those shorter players can't).
    These differences can create advantages throughout games, especially combined with the fact most shorter players tend to be quicker players, with greater initial bursts of speed.
    Isaiah Stevens has learned to thoroughly take advantage of these 'mismatches' (or, differences in perception, sight-line, and bursts of speed) to adequately compensate and SUCCEED in basketball.
