Tony, just did your steps today on a 4yo Yukon Solo. Never been deep cleaned. Amazing how well it turned out. Mine looked similar to yours and now outside is brand new. It burns so well now and the steps are pretty easy if you take your time and do small sections. Sharing with all my Solo mates.
I just bought a brush kit and use Bar Keeper's Friend on kitchen and bathroom surfaces all the time. Now I know it's safe to combine the two on my Bonfire. Thanks for the video.
Well that turned out great! These things really get nasty quick I will say I’ve had mine for less than six months and it’s definitely changing color already but it’s a fire pit what can you do ha ha good to know tips on how to clean it up after summertime
Didn't buy one yet but it's interesting to see how the metal holds up with years of use . Looks good 👍 after years of use . It must be a good grade of stainless steel there is different grades of metal they must of picked a higher chrome content.
Hi Tony, I’m working on a new Cleaning TV Series for Ricochet TV Production Company (the makers behind The Repair Shop on BBC One) & we’d potentially like to feature this Video. What is the best way to contact you please?
2 reasons. 1. This was during one of the lockdowns, so why not clean a fire pit. 2. There was so much stuff in there, I was thinking that the cleaner it is, the cleaner the chamber between the inner and outer wall where the secondary burn happens. Probably not necessary but it’s always fun the clean dirty stuff.
Can I do this project with a friend or do I have to do it Solo? Do I have to use Heavy Metal polish or is there a Kenny G polish I could try? Also, I prefer to not grind from an angle as I have hip issues. Is the angle necessary? Thanks in advance.
Thanks for sharing good info. We are going to do this to our solo stoves. We have a ranger and bonfire. New subscriber here. Check out our channel. Thanks.
Thanks for posting - great shoulder work!
Just watched a bunch of Solo Stove cleaning videos and yours is the best, wish it had be 1st in the results, not 7th.
Wow, thanks! As very nice of you to say.

More work than I’m going to do but it looks good
I used vinegar to clean the inside. It works well
I like the colors on the sides. I had someone in my group melted their sandal on the outside
Mine has a little skin from the back of one of my fingers on it...

They awesome. Worth the money without even a small question
Absolutely worth the money. Also it’s. A lifetime guarantee. It’s not cast iron it’s stainless so will last forever.
Which type of material used for manufacturing of this stove?
It is made with 304 Stainless Steel
Was your solo stove outside and uncovered for the entire three years that you’ve owned it?
It was outside and mostly covered, but of course sometimes I forgot.
@@tonycampanella4597 thanks!
Where did you buy the brush?
A small online bookstore called Amazon.com. Just search for Drill Brush and you’ll see lots of options.

Hi Leah - don’t think I can post my cell number here.
Email is tcampanella67@gmail.com.
Send me an email and I’ll forward my cell.
Might be easier to just use soap and water garden hose and a stainless steel scrubby
I guess we’ll never know unless you try it and make a video.
@@tonycampanella4597 ask me in 3 years after I buy one .
@@rs2143 you won’t regret it
Why would you clean the inside?

Try your shop vac instead
Just trying to get my ash out, not put it into a beauty pageant but thanks
What's the purpose of cleaning the inside, does it burn better when it looks pretty? 🤣
of course not, but I figured the more junk stuck to the walls, the more would enter the chamber where the secondary burn happens. Who knows?
