I've done this exact flight before. I so quick that it feels like once you get to your cruising altitude of like 21,000 feet (lol), you're already starting your descent into Dulles. Such a fascinating route to me
I was originally going to fly on the NEXT 737-900ER like you did from GCM to IAH, but they swapped the plane to an old DirecTV 737-900ER. I would have much rather flew on this plane.

Did the captain make an announcement about the technical trouble on the ground at EWR? If so, when?
Nope, nothing at all.
@@theplanesguy then how did you know that it was technical trouble?
Why a big plane for a short flight to IAD?
Newark and Dulles are both United hubs.
That's long enough to give first class at least some food. How about a choice of turkey or roast beef sandwich. Did economy get a drink?
I'd be fine with a fruit and cheese plate. Economy didn't get any service
They could have easily served a fruit and cheese plate to 20 people and cleaned up in 45 minutes. Honestly, that's a rip off.
