    Great Video and awesome plugin! Seems to work great if you're already a Trello user.
    I have a two questions:
    1. Can you customize the FluentBoards Style to match your company branding? Espetially in frontend Board View? Didn't found any settings to do so. I would love to create boards for my clients under my own branding.
    2. Is there a possibility to change language of the board?
    I've digged into DEMO on your site but I do not really see answers :)
    Cheers!
    Great job!

      1. Unfortunately, there is no built-in method to customize the plugin's frontend view. The only option available is to add custom CSS in the WordPress Additional CSS section. If you want to use the plugin under your own brand, you'll need to make changes directly in the plugin's codebase, as we do not offer support for whitelabeling.
      To style the frontend dashboard for FluentBoards, follow these steps to effectively implement your custom CSS code.
      Please go to the project dashboard page on the front end and inspect the page to find the HTML markup and CSS class, similar to this one: : [prnt.sc/DJswKNwj2_eT].
      Next, to align the styling with your company's branding, insert the custom CSS code into the 'Additional CSS' section of your website: [prnt.sc/CaiLYYrCPBo7]. For instance, I've implemented a custom CSS code to alter the background color. It's worth noting that this custom CSS will also function if incorporated into the FluentSnippets plugin, as depicted in the provided screenshot: [prnt.sc/CrN_wR81pmMp].
      .fluent_boards_frontend.fbs_front.fbs_page_render {
      background: green;
      padding: 2rem;
      }
      The result is here: [prnt.sc/GV8MYcRahw8G].
      2. You can use the Loco Translate plugin to translate the strings. Please ensure that the site language and the translation language are the same. wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/
      Additionally, you can test the plugin at the following URL:

    The other thing that appears to be missing is the ability to clone a whole board template after the customer completes a form for getting a free quote.
    I currently use Project Panorama, Gravity Forms and Sprout Invoices to achieve this. Based on what the customer selects in the form, an invoice is generated dynamically in sprout invoices and a project template cloned.
    These are definite features that are required and could probably be achieved with fluentforms, Surecart and fluentboards. Not sure if Surecart would handle the invoicing though? 🤔

      You can create a template out of any task or duplicate a whole board for now. By integrating FluentBoards with Fluent Forms, you can directly add tasks to any boards with every form submission. If you need more information get a support ticket using this link: wpmanageninja.com/support-tickets/

      @@WPManageNinja yeah I can see board duplication is already a feature and I guess manual creation is fine after a quote from the client is accepted.
      So really, the only thing missing when comparing this to my customer onboarding workflow is dynamic quote/invoicing based on Gravity Form selections plus I also have WP Signature integrated to capture the client's signature as part of the contractual agreement.
      But yeah this looks like a solid replacement for Trello, good job 👍

      This is an excellent approach. The seamless integration of Sprout Invoice with e-signature and invoice generation is unmatched, The WP ninja plugin were created to only integrate with it's family plugins. But, I think there is a work around using Bit integrations.
      I am still considering the migration to Fluentboards and will proceed once I am completely comfortable with multiples tests .

    Is there a way to add project phases (Discovery, Development, Testing etc) like in Project Panorama?

    • @WPManageNinja
      @WPManageNinja  3 месяца назад

      You can add unlimited tasks(phases) and name them according to your preference in FluentBoards. On top of that, the report will show you everything you need to know about your ongoing or finished projects, like- incomplete tasks, completed tasks, overdue tasks, timesheets, stage-wise task completion etc.

    On FluentBoards are Clients able to upload files required for the project directly on the board?

      If your clients have access, obviously they can.

    Can we add fluent boards to the front end so that clients can see it as well?
