    Ang tamang pag luto is base on your ingredients
    1)fry fish half cook then set aside
    2)mag lagay ng kunting oil para Hindi ma burn Yung butter then sauté the kamatis garlic onion lemon grass ginger sili
    Pag na gisa na then put the ginisang alamang then put the squash or kalabasa
    3)next put the coconut milk ang ground pepper pag half cook na Yung kalabasa dagdagan mo ng tubig but not much (note ginataan yan Hindi tinola )then put the fish and green onion
    2/3 boil luto na
