    Tom, obviously you have talent in filming with shooting angels, excellent editing, plus always pleasant music. From the camera angels, I can see you have at least 5 cameras, 2 in the cabin, 1 on the right wing, 1 at the bottom of tail. Where is the 5th one with clear of front view with no blockage? I could not figure out the position of that one. Can you make a video to share your camera set up in the Bushcat some day?

    • @bushcattom
      @bushcattom  3 года назад

      I have a forward facing camera on the left wing as well. Yes, someday in the future I’ll do a camera setup video. You’re not the first person to ask about that. Thanks for commenting.

    I didn't notice it the first time I watched this video. Rewatching, I noticed how uncomfortable Tom is having someone else fly his plane. His body language screams " please don't hurt my baby!".
    I would honestly love to hear what Tom was thinking, every time he put his hands together to keep himself from taking the controls.

    • @bushcattom
      @bushcattom  2 года назад +1

      Well, it’s one thing for someone to gingerly take the controls. Quite another for a crop duster bush pilot to take the stick and push the BushCat beyond the envelope that I’m used to. So there’s that. But yes, apprehensive either way.

    Im wondering, you dont hear alot about this. But is there decent loan plans for getting on of these? Or do they only mess with certified?
    If there are decent loan optikns for experimentals, who could i start looking into? Id absolutely love a bushcat. But depending on loan options i may need to go with something smaller for right now. Idk

    The problem with a center stick is that you then need two over everything else (throttles) and all of the awkward hand switching to operate that single flap lever. Seems like it’s begging for electric flaps or two stick, either one.
