How To Transfer Or Merge Youtube Playlists From Old Google Account To Your New Account

As RUclips do not allow yet to transfer or merge ownership of your playlist from one account to another.
So incase where you need to delete the playlist or either simply transfer complete playlist videos to another account, this method is helpful. Watch the video or follow below steps.
Step1: Login into RUclips on your old account & goto playlist page which you want to transfer to new account.
Step2: Now on another browser, login into your new RUclips account.
Step3: Onto old account make the playlist "Public" or "Unlisted" first.
Step4: Now copy the playlist url from address bar
Step5: Come back to new youtube account and open new tab then paste the url there.
Step6: Now you can see the playlist of your old account, there you need to click three dots click it.
Step7: Select "Add all to..."
Step8: You can present with an option to add all videos to your present playlists or you can choose to create a new playlist. give a name to the new playlist then click create button.
Step9: This will create a new playlist with all the videos from your old playlist onto your new account. This will seperate ownership of videos from your old account to your new account.
Step10: Now you can delete the playlist from your old account.
Step11: Follow step1 to step10 for other playlists.

I don't have the "Save" or the "Add all to" options on my RUclips. Is it because I'm in America? Your video and Svetlana's video can't help me because following the instructions doesn't work when I don't have those options. What do I do? I have had to go one playlist at a time and add each song to the new playlist in the new account I want them in. It's EXTREMELY time consuming and gives me a lot of anxiety and a headache every time I work on this HUGE task. Please help me..?!
