Another thing you should do: Create a link to the new video, post it in the text of the OG video. This way, some SEO score may transfer over, helping the new video to be “discovered” by search engines.

So deleting one video from one of your channels and uploading it to another will not effect any copywrite issues. I'm so paranoid of getting copyright strike. There is no evidence of it on the old channel and editing the music and uploaded it to the new channel. They are both my channel so I didn't know if you could even get a strike for that.

all these people watching this and doing it this way don't realize they dont get to transfer ALL THEIR VIEW COUNT, COMMENTS AND SUB COUNTS. This is the same procedure as taking that same video that was in your hard drive and re-uploading it to another channel. Im very sure alot of people just really screwed up doing it this way or found out this isn't what they really wanted to do.

Thank you for the comment. The short answer is no. when you unlist a video, the only people who can watch the video are people you have the direct link to it. Unlist the video to keep any links, that were previously shared of the video, working.

So the views will count toward the channel that is serving that specific video. For example you may have a video titled "Traveling at 140kmph" that was originally uploaded to "channel 1.0". Now you have followed all the steps in this video and uploaded the same video to "channel 2.0" and marked the video as unlisted on "channel 1.0". If you have posted a link to the video from "channel 1.0" to another social media platform (say IG or Facebook), and some views that video even after you have marked it as unlisted and uploaded to a different channel, the video on the original channel will get the credit. youtube should have done something differently........later watch option only fit if someone want to watch a single video later........but if someone find a playlist that they very like and they don't have time to watch now then how could the watch later??? if they can't add a playlist from someone to their playlist then how could they watch them later???

If you only want to move select videos, the answer is yes (one by one). if you want to move all videos to another channel, there is a different way to do that.
Is the 2nd channel under the same user account? This will show the video belongs to you, and if you unlist the video then it should not count a uploading the same video to multiple channels (trying to game the system). As I cannot give you a definitive answer to what RUclips will do, I do hope this helps. Thanks for your question.

The problem is that you can download in maximum quality of 720p. Now, if you don't know what 720p is, just follow this guide and sleep well 🙂 If you're not OK to download your own 4k videos in terrible quality, you have to find some other way. Searching myself ... 😞

Then editing them into smaller chunks to then share. By making them similar in length to my 8-12 min uploads then I may help RUclips find my audience better.

which is the incognito channel? The souce channel? When I do that I cant access my private admin page to download video because its incognito!

incognito prevents different browser windows from sharing data. this important to keep you logged into different accounts.
