Really glad to hear this... I loved this project and unfortunately had to sell due to "life things" but there is a whole playlist of stuff and some good driving stuff! It's a great platform to build on!
I'm so glad to see this video! Very informative as I'm about to purchase a low mileage 73 Mustang inline 6 convertible... In red! I'm so glad I found this video and thank you for putting it together for us that don't have a clue what we're doing 😊
Glad it was helpful! And the best way to learn is to just get out there and do stuff... and watch some videos here on youtube of course. There's a bunch of videos on my channel on this build so have fun and hope they help!
autoedit Jason, Sounds like a plan and or visa versa would love to stop by for a garage visit too. Drop me an email when you get a chance and we can coordinate. Rich@mustangconnection.com
Did you ever post anymore videos on the AC installation? I have a ‘71 factory AC car that I want to upgrade the HVAC. I’ve looked at Old Air Products but I’m more impressed with this kit. Thanks in advance.
I didn't shoot more of the install, it was very straight forward from here and performed amazingly well. Here's a video running the car in death valley in the summertime ruclips.net/video/E5yeNDPPZOM/видео.html
Oh man, I'd love to see a kit like that developed for the Brazilian Opala. It's such a shame that here in Brazil Chevy doesn't care about its early models.
Jason--really enjoying binge-watching your videos! Having used that air conditioning kit before and experiencing it out on the road, did you notice any squeaking of the under-dash unit? It seemed like all the pieces you assembled were kind of squeaking against each other when you assembled everything on your workbench. Thanks! And thanks again for sharing your work and all the effort you put into your videos.
Hi Jason. Wow, Cool video, I'm Blown away. Sorry for the puns, it's 6am and still waiting on the coffee, lol. I've often wondered how the installation of those units would go. looks pretty simple actually. You should be nice and cool this summer. I didn't know you did a cougar. That car looked awesome Jason. I can't wait to see the Mustang when it's finished now, lol. ttyl -Drew
Ha,I'm the same way with my coffee in the morning...I've been opening the shop up early lately and leave a little before 4 AM to get there...ouch. Glad you liked the Cougar, it was a really amazing car and I'm hoping...no scratch that...I'm looking forward to this Mustang being even more amazing! Later Dude!

After buying a 1972 Fastback recently, these videos are priceless and so well done. Thank you very much!

I would call the Classic Auto Air guys or at least check their website...they have a ton of products and may have something that would work for you!
