In this video, I take the time to reflect on how I’m healing post labour and delivery! I chat about how I'm feeling physically, mentally and emotionally four weeks after giving birth. I’ll be honest, some days are challenging but taking the time to reflect on how I’m feeling can really help to put things into perspective.

Welcome to motherhood. I’m a mother of five and I wish people around me were more open about postpartum life when I was having my kids. So much so that I became a midwife after my five kids were born so I could help women in their pregnancy and parenting journey. Thank you for being open and honest. I’m sure a lot of moms to be will appreciate.

Huge congratulations!! I’ve just watched all of your videos and I’m in such a familiar endo situation. I’m from the uk and ttc, I’m not ovulating very regularly so looking at private medical help. If you don’t mind me asking, how long did you try to conceive before getting pregnant? Did you manage to have your surgery beforehand or did you manage to conceive without it? Thank you so much for making your videos, they’re helping me so much!! Xx

Aww thank you so much! Means the world that you’ve watched. I had a chemical pregnancy first, but was able to conceive naturally within a year. My surgery has been pushed out, so was able to get pregnant before surgery! Hope your endo journey is going well - know that you’re not alone! 🤍
