- New Necromancer Tier List after Patch 1.4.3 updating all the sacrifice bonuses... finally Golem Necromancer is being dethroned! The big question is: Shadow Mage Summoner or rather Bone Spirit Blaster? Both Builds are an absolute candidate to grind higher and higher especially with the pit being nerfed!

Appreciate the shout out sir. For those curious, we will be replacing inner calm / conceited with sacrificial aspect. The highest breakpoint for attack speed is 93.5%. So anything between 93.5%-100% will do nothing for build. Take care fellow nerds.

Where does the number 93.5 come from? As far as I know, the figure of 161% is a technical cap, since this is the maximum speed of display frames. If it is higher than 161%, then the frames simply will not be displayed faster. 161% = 5 attacks per second = 12 frames

If you've got a rogue alt, you can temper certain items with extra crit damage, so with this meta change it might be worth it to temper some extra crit damage on a few things depending on your build.

ring of sacrilegious soul can be crazy since you raise your skeletons automatically you can get blood orbs for free
I'm playing it anyway for the QOL and CEs while moving / dodging stuff. It is less damage in theory, but you have to play perfectly for that.
I got a sac ring with 1 second and 8 seconds rolls. I changed it for an aspect slot but I'm thinking of going back cuz I hate having to priest buff by myself lol
It's just convenient really. But you lose an aspect and some good rolls as the trade off.
@@steveozone4910 i don’t use this ring or ring of Mendeln because now I use rings with both minions attack speed and golem damage : currently my golem is doing about 4000% damage. The thing is if after the patch we drop the golem we should be able to use the sacrilegious soul ring because it heals our skeletons constantly and with the aphotic aspect our minions can stunt . Ring of Mendeln could be also good but personally I prefer using a normal ring with the sacrificial aspect which is 50% instead of 25% bonus
@Shaera574 not only does it heal your skeletons but u get a 70% buff from the skeletal priest that lasts 8 seconds so it constantly keeps the buff going
I've been playing the wrong class unknowingly this whole time. I love Necro, but Rogue is so much more my style of play. Using your Rogue guide the other day I am already having a lot of fun.

Ive got a question: i see u using ranks to hellbent commander, int on ur necklace. Wouldnt it be better to swap out int for ranks in gloom? For movement speed and +% damage for darkness? Or is it not good
Hellbent commander is a direct multiplier to all my minion damage and a huge one

There’s a blood skill aspect that consumes blood orbs, can’t remember if it’s blood wave or blood spikes, but does it count as picking up a blood orb?
Yes it does and this buffs blood lance but it aint good enough still

I havent seen a a single blood surge, blood lance or bone spear thrown this season
My build, although incomplete is based around blood surge echo, minions blood surge as well, i walk around blowing everything up
I seen a guy rocking a crazy blood surge build but it was very unique heavy but looked really fun idk how well it would hold up in end game though
I've been running a bone spirit/bone spear hybrid build this season. I find it so much more fun than minions.
I’ve been doing bone spear and tbh, I felt sort of weak in the pit. I’m looking forward to testing this out now
@@bigboy9126 bone spear by itself feels inadequate to me, but when I run it alongside bone spirit for the bursts of damage on super tanky enemies, it feels way stronger. Bone spirit for big enemies, bone spear for groups of enemies that aren't very tightly packed

I was using Shadow Mages and recently switched to Golem. I like the Golem better for the burst damage on the bosses.

due to the pit nerf, all builds can potentially drop blood mist and that means blight or iron maiden can now go into the skill bar, using aspect of the damned or starless.. 🤔🤔🤔
hopefully maxroll runs another round of pit challenge and we can see which necro build will the best after the patch. It's still a fight of dps so i believe army of the dead is still going to be preferred over bone storm

@@legendz411? Conceited aspect gives you DMG when you have a barrier. Nothing to do with freezing or stunning the enemy

shielding storm was already keeping me alive in t100 pits before the update i havnt played my necro since this update ill have to give it a shot now
Its "keeping you alive" but with the changes it can actually crazy soak you back up while being full battered by 3 whole floors of enemies :D (Technically)

Try the harder hitting overpower skill named bone spirit😂 kinda funny how blood skills like bloodwave in shadow form does more then the og form.
This design of tempering is disencouraging players from trying new builds.
Everytime I want to switch to a new build, then realize that I will lose all my tempering levels, I am like, OK, forget about it, I will stay with the current one.
This really sucks.
I think it actually makes it way easier to switch builds tbh. Because you don’t have to rely on item drop rate as much

There is a blood lance build cmin tha in its main setup is very similar to how bone spear will work
Bone Spear should "easy" clear Pit 101 (will still need very good gear)

I do not think this is a better build than golem focused as it requires more +skill rolls on gear and we all know that skills seem to have a much lower chance to roll on gear, especially when enchanting.
It's self-torture to farm the gear required for this build 😅

So many changes mid season, has blizz given explanation as to why? Historically they like to wait for a new season.
The game is popular again, they want to keep the ball rolling + having the game be much better for the upcoming expansion which can hopefully bring in new players.

your calculations are wrong since when sth gets buffed from 1.3x to 1.35x , then thats a 1.35/1.3 ≈ 1.038 so in total its 3.8%x, not 5%x stronger in that example. This goes for all the changes. Also sacrificial aspect calculates even weirder. Its not a direct multiplier to the entire bonus (which would be busted) but forms an additive bucket. So for example if sac bonus is 30%x then in calculates the new bonus as (1 + 0.3 + 0.3*1.5) = 1.45 ≠ 1.3*1.5 = 1.95... not sure about memento mori thoe

Well I've given up on using Necro to kill uber bosses with golem, so maybe I'll go blight, since I already have the Ebon. EDIT: I saw the batshit crazy requirements for Otter's build, so no.. I won't be doing that at all lol
Psh I started with shadow blight my build just got buffed and now I'm going to have to watch everyone changing over to my build....

@@P4wnyhof that's good seems like every off build that most people aren't doing that I make have been getting buffed and I been watching loads of people flop to those builds making mine generic again 😂 😆 but I love the shadow blight aspect I was using this weekend to make a minion shadow dmg build and looks like that going to pay off more than I hoped
I am still doing Pit Tier >125 with my old Golem Build after Patch. Only the Boss Fights lasts longer
The old build didnt get weaker but you can get mroe damage out :D!
@@P4wnyhof I tried your build Tier 128+ but it doesn't work for me. I kill the trash as fast as with the old build but the boss fight lasts too long.
So on top of loot RNG, GA RNG, tempering RNG, and master working RNG, all of that can be reset via patch changes RNG? Great!

They just push stupid immortal shatter build, instead helping fixing some broken stuff ( in a bad way)...There is a reason why sorc dmg suck so much inside of shatter, dmg calculations are not correct, but since nobody with brain and time is doing detailed analysis it will stay like that for some time.
Well playing with sacrificial paragon You wont get bonus dmg due to bug with pet, that is count as a minion..
The bug that will most likely be fixed with the same patch that ups Sacrificial aspect?

How come noone talks about how Necrotic Carapace STILL doesnt work since launch.

You have to proc the lucky skill passive or your minions (reapers or bone mages) have to proc them. Killing enemies will not proc necrotic carapace. Army of the deas with 2nd upgrade also procs it. Golem with hulking aspect would proc it too but thats probably a waste since aphotic and decreptify is good enough in the higher tiers

They nerfed Golem into the ground, and all the grind to get my Necromancer to a decent level has been for nothing. Thanks but no thanks, I have 5 other alts (only one Necromancer), and I will not reroll that toon. Forget it.
I have 2 Rogues, one with Andariels Visage and that was buffed so I am solid there. Heartseeker is the other one... so yes no more Necro for me for a while.
I also have 2 Sorcs which one has the "Snowball" built, loving it... and then my Bash Barb,

the problem with Necro is that whether you change the glyphs or 2 talents, the style and mechanics of the game remain the same, it's boring
