Why can’t the Marines just get on board with the other branches when it comes to the tattoo policy and allowing tattoo sleeves etc., I think considering the overall risk your facing being a marine, that tattoos should be the least of worries, they are a form of self expression.

The best Marines I ever worked with had a 50 and below on the ASVAB and oh yes those who barely graduated High School. They also usually had the coolest tattoos and didn't ask questions when told to do something.

Idk what you do in the Navy but I tell you what man.. If you go for Marine Combat Corpsman, we accept you as one of us lol.. the shit the Marine Navy Corpsmen go through is absolute insanity. It's not as tough as USMC but it's WAY more grown up... Lets just say they give you a pig to live with for a week and will stab it, shoot it, blow it up, and you have to keep it alive as long as you can while they are flashing strobes, throwing sim grenades at you and firing weapons over your head... all while you are in the dark trying to sew a pig back together limb by imb lol.. badass shit those navy corpsmen do. Don't go infantry unless you are incredibly in shape. Like 5 miles a day with a ruck sack in shape. Best bet for $$ on the outside is going Data/Cyber. Good luck and Semper Fi
