I’m 24 and just got on a pair of skis for the first time 2 years ago on the east coast. It’s crazy how different the coasts are and how I’ve been on both at that age and still have no idea what I’m doing. Watching you is so crazy!
Good for you for getting into such an amazing lifelong sport! Think about how good you will be a few years! I haven't skied for very long but love learning more about the sport and am so lucky to get to go up so often!

I am all about dealership service! Can't beat the repair guarantees and free recall services. I once got my AC repaired at a standard repair shop & when it crapped out in a few months I had to pay all over again. I could have saved myself the grief and even paid less money if I had just done it with the dealer in the first place. It doesn't save me any money if I have to do the repair more than once
I think you should do a 5 ingredient challenge for a week. Only cook meals with 5 ingredients or less. Condiments and seasonings do not count. Just to see if you could cut your grocery bill down and still enjoy a regular meal. That way you can save the fancy cooking for when friends are over or a gathering of some kind.

I had to delete the Amazon app from my phone because being bored and an amazon app is really dangerous. But I still enjoy it hahaha. My least favorite thing to spend on is on food because eating healthy is good but really expensive so is a fat money each week for my chicken and rice

Hey, that wasn't a bad week (minus the service 🙈), You still had fun AND you were an amazing friend to someone who needed a pick-me-up. 👌... I've been awake for 3 hours and i haven't left my house yet and i've spent $140 on buying the next course of arthritis medicine for my Dog 😂 (That stuff has been incredible for my dog so i am happy to pay that) ... I hate spending money on Parking in the city (Sydney) and Tolls.
I have to say rent is the expense I hate the most because I hate my apartment and at the end of it all once you move, you're left with nothing. At least with a mortgage it's your house and you can just live in it the rest of your life or treat it as an investment. I basically learned to budget by being poor. I notice a lot of people have a lazier way of shopping and overpay for some items just because it's already there and they don't want to go to a different store even if it's on the way (meaning no extra transportation cost). I have to find the sales and best prices, otherwise I'll end up with no money for food by the end of the month. Unfortunately with food allergies I'm basically penalized by having to pay more for non-dairy and vegan options. It gives the whole it's expensive to stay alive thing a whole new meaning.
That's an easy slope to ski. Your style an mine are pretty much the same. I like steep mountains with moguls but I've never powder skied. You really can't count the Car shop expense. I would of done that all myself. I've gotten on the TV Dinner kick so my food expense went down. I'm Thinking about ordering parts to turn the Bike from just peddle to an electric Bike. That's a little over $200 but it's a one time thing so it's not every month. I'm only a 5 minute bike ride from a store and 10 minutes from Wal-Mart by Car but once the Bike is changed I can Bike there rather than drive. It should be fun.

After my skis got stolen and I broke up with my ex who I use to ski with regularly, I just kind of dropped off and I miss it.
