Love watching your vids. I’m also a rookie miner just started last year and have lots to learn. Going to focus on Lake Superior this coming year. Keep up the great work and keep the vids coming. Thanks
Holy! That’s some hard stuff packed with black sands. Looks like a great spot! I know you just wanted to dig the heck out of that bank!?!?! I know I did for ya! 🤣🤣🤣 Gray Clay = Great Gold! Nice score and great video man!
I knew when you went a little down stream and seen that scoop at about 12 minutes in ,nice gray clay lots of river rounded gravel that was going to be a good pan. If this is your virgin ground you were talking about. It looks very promising There’s got to be some nice nuggets in there. Keep working this place I am very excited to see what is there
I’ve discovered dried up gulleys that have no water flow whatsoever. Is it allowable to dig anywhere in a dried up Gulley in Georgia? I plan on beginning gold panning for the first time this Spring in the warmer weather and still learning all the rules.
Well it depends where you are. If you are on private property and the owner has the mineral rights you can dig wherever they give you permission. In terms of dried up gullies on public land, I can't give a definitive answer. It probably depends on if it is a gully that still has some running water but I don't know. I say just stay in the stream bed on public land.
thats some good looking Shiney in them Hard Packed Alluvial gravels .....keep at it and find the source
Task accepted.
Looks like a good spot Rookie. The spot where you started finding good gold had a lot of quarts to. Awesome video.

Hell surprised you’ve got to go lately cause it’s done nothing but rain in Georgia lately!
weather can't stop me, except for when it does.
Still not bad for the amount of buckets you got.
Nice
Garnets are worth money too.

I hope that electrical outlet is a ground fault!
No it's definitely not but it should be.
Or possibly it could be conglomerate...
I asked Jeff Williams and he said it's not conglomerate it's just referred to as hard pack.
