The sound loaders have a majority of the leaders programmed in, there's a button that switches to them and there's a dif sound effect for each so nah not a Smoker loader specifically but can def use him with it there's a Smoker sound effect on there.
Sound loaders came for enel and purple luffy. The leaders are removable, and you can put any of the leaders in the game in them. They don't fit with standard sleeves, so you have to use a perfect fit or no sleeve at all.
Smoker has a favor into Shanks. The 5c Tashigi, the 7k swing, and the (usually) bigger bodies, puts him in a better position against Shanks and BY. Lucci, isnt as big of a challenge, as Shanks, as Smoker is.
Imo Smoker should be slightly favored bc smoker is really good at getting rid of one body a turn. Smoker has to see their kuzans/hina or ice ages tho in order to ko the bigger bodies

Honestly this game was really weird like you said nothing was being played on curve so I don’t think it was the best representation of this matchup
