    - peanut butter - 150 g / 5.3 oz
    - rolled oats - 50 g / 1.7 oz
    - almond flour - 50 g / 1.7 oz
    - maple syrup - 20-30 ml
    - your favorite milk - 50 ml
    - cocoa powder - 1 tbsp.
    For caramel:
    - dates - 250 g / 8.8 ounces
    - coconut oil - 30 ml
    - maple syrup - 30 ml
    - salt - 1/2 tsp.
    - peanuts - 100 g / 3.5 oz
    - sugar-free chocolate for decoration

      مرحبًا! هذا شراب طبيعي تمامًا من أشجار القيقب. شراب القيقب هو مُحلي طبيعي وآمن يتم الحصول عليه عن طريق تبخير عصارة القيقب، وهي طريقة تقليدية قديمة يستخدمها الهنود. يعتبر شراب القيقب من الأشياء التي يمكن استخدامها كبديل للسكر عند فقدان الوزن، كما أنه غني بالعديد من العناصر والفيتامينات المفيدة: الزنك، والحديد، والمغنيسيوم وغيرها. يمكنك استبدال مُحلي سائل آخر في الوصفة، مثل العسل أو شراب التمر، لكن انتبهي إلى حلاوته
