Ingredients for a healthy dessert:
hazelnuts - 50 g / 1.7 oz
almonds - 50 g / 1.7 oz
cashews - 50 g / 1.7 oz
walnuts - 50 g / 1.7 oz
sunflower seeds - 20 g / 0.7 oz
pumpkin seeds - 20 g / 0.7 oz
sesame - 1 tbsp
dried cherries - 50 g / 1.7 oz
orange zest
a pinch of salt
natural honey - 2 tbsp
sugar-free chocolate - 100 g / 3.5 oz

Really like the recipe but I am sorry to say I find the music very annoying. - Its like someone scratching in my ear while I am trying to relax.
What can I use to combined all elements instead of honey because it's difficult here to find natural thick honey. I tried with honey but they fall apart...plz suggest
need it also, I do not like honey - maybe coconut oil but you have to store them in the fridge
If you can buy medjool dates then homemade date paste would work and be healthier than honey as it contains fibre.
