In one way, it’s crazy 500,000 views doesn’t pay more but also that’s a pretty good paycheck.
I looked up some Bible reviews and found your channel... Didn't subscribe, thinking, "I'm not looking to buy every Bible, I don't need to subscribe to this" lol... It was interesting seeing that the 55+ age demographic was the highest among the views. I am surprised it doesn't pay a lot better to be honest. Especially because your normal bible reviews have quite a bit lower reach and less pay per view. I would never have guessed that there was such a thing as bible reviewers untill your video came up. No your going to get more view. I made planet shaker lyric video years ago and it garnished over 3 million views over time. I had no idea about monihtazation at the time or how to even get paid from RUclips especially if half of the content (music) I didn’t create.
I just watch your trump video today because I was at a BAM buying my new Tony Evan’s Study Bible and became curious about the GBA Bible, they didn’t have it so your video came in clutch lol. I love that video and plan to subscribe after this comment.

I had just heard of illuminations and i think what they are doing is so exciting! I hadn't heard of the One Million Bibles through Crossway. I'm actually looking at getting an affordable ESV. This was cool thanks for sharing! Before doing some research I thought it would be more, but then I thought it would be less because you didn’t do personal ads. I didn’t realize RUclipsrs make money off the ads that show on their videos, so I was surprised by how much. Side note: Thank you for updating the cameras and studio! I always felt like that was one thing that could improve compared to other channels, especially video quality. Looking forward to the improvements for Gods glory!
As far as what you were paid for the viewers, I'm happy you made some extra money & that now you will be able to do some upgrading, but most of all, that you love enough to get the word of our Lord out to many. God bless you.
~$3000 doesn’t seem like very much for that many views, but I don’t know how that compares to other RUclips content, not just your own. Interesting look into how all that works. I found your channel shortly before that video and I always appreciate your honesty and enthusiasm for quality Bibles.

THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING BIBLE TRANSLATION. My family "adopted" Tiffany Smith with Lutheran Bible Translators. She is working with the Datoga people in Tanzania to translate the Bible into Taturu. It will take a couple decades, but then the Daoga can finally hear Jesus speak in their language.
I am surprised by the amount of money you earned from YT. The analytics are more interesting than i thought they'd be. (BTW, the Trump Bible was the first video I'd watched on your channel and led to a sub; younger than the average viewer).

Interesting that most of the viewers of that video were older, I'm younger and found it really interesting. I've also always wondered what youtube pays creators, so I can't say I was really surprised one way or another, just intrigued by how much that video made

Please stick to either front or back advertising, Tim. I dislike mid-roll ads so much. In fact, I would think that in most cases creators would end up losing revenue because I almost always end my viewing of the original video. Maybe it's just me that does this so it wouldn't even be a drop in a bucket; but . . . maybe there are more out there that feel the same. Good video and yes, I am surprised that you made this much!
I love your channel and I’m glad to watch it. Congratulations and hopefully more people will want to check out more types and varieties of Bibles. Suggestion, perhaps a review of Spanish bibles? Perhaps an unexplored demographic
I’ve done a few Spanish Bible reviews, but they don’t get very many views.
I hope you also enjoy your RUclips money and maybe even pay your electricity bill. Always nice to hear about generosity, but please don’t feel bad about being paid.

Thank you so much for this video. I'm a new subscriber but I've watched a lot of your reviews. Recently I was thinking about how I might start doing something similar, reviews demos. I wouldn't necessarily even be looking for compensation but I've wondered about how it works to get samples or free products in exchange for reviews, mostly because I think it's really important and helpful for people to have videos like that and I don't currently have income for purchasing just for that reason. I have absolutely no clue how that kind of thing works at all and i always feel its rude to ask my most freauented channels that do the same. This video was incredibly helpful to see behind the scenes.
Consistency over time. You usually have to build a following before you’ll get review copies.

I try to be very careful who I donate through/to, but will go this one instead. Thanks for your videos. There is a looseleaf Bible on Amazon, the 2011 NIV by Hendrickson. I click off of most videos that do mid-roll ads, so it might hurt in some cases.
Ironically, RUclips's algorithm for me is quite poor. I'm not terribly excited about either presidential candidate, but they put the wrong one in front of me a shockingly obscene number of times. Not. Your. Market. Hardcore. Seriously.
I’m one of the many who was directed to your video because of the Trump Bible review. That is also what lead to me subscribing. Thank you. Because of your reviews of bibles I now have my first ever bible with a leather-type cover instead of hardcover text book type cover. Now I know what the fuss is about 😀. It is also in a translation I’d never heard of before, the CSB. I’m going to get the NET with extensive notes when it fits in my budget.
May I suggest you have a video on bible care please? I’ve always put a cover on my hardback bibles but I want to flaunt my beautiful new bible. However the corners are starting to curl up. What am I doing wrong?
