RCT evaluating the specificity of alpha/delta ratio neurofeedback in reducing tinnitus symptoms

Jensen et al. report that, although there was a trend in the expected direction, alpha/delta ratio neurofeedback (ADR-NF) training did not show evidence of specificity. Still, the findings are encouraging enough to warrant future studies, that seek to advance our understanding of factors that contribute to ADR-NF treatment efficacy.
