Love how you forced your dad out of retirement, great hearing Tom's thoughts on Wolf Raph. Mine is on the way, hopefully he gets here soon, this is my favorite turtle AND my favorite Universal Monster!
I didn't think I was going to like them. Until I saw them in the wild. I was a little hesitant @first on Hunchback Leo, then I saw Mummy Mikey. Grabbed them, n then found FrankenRaph. InvisiDonny was hotly anticipated then, tho only found him online. I didn't care for April or Casey, so I didn't grab them. Maybe I will complete the set and grab those two when DracuShredder is revelead/released.
Kyle, this was a solid effort, there just could of been tweaks like you mentioned in the review to make him perfect. Phone a friend being your Dad was the next best thing to him being back in the saddle. I clicked instantly hoping it was so when I read the thumbnail. Make sure you get some face time with Tom when you can time with family is fleeting. 👍✌️
I'm only getting one of each turtle, and although he is very cool, I don't think Wolfman is good enough to replace Frankenstein- which is just a testament to how incredible the first one was. I doubt Mikey will be topped, the Mummy is so incredibly well done.. I didn't buy Leo as the Hunchback, hoping they would release a Creature version, and I also didn't buy Invisible Man Donnie because I'm hoping they release a Dracula Donnie- 1/2 so far.

As far as these figures go - I picked up the first wave of the turtles as Universal monsters - with Raph as Frankenstein still remaining my all-time favorite (on permanent display on my desk). However, my interest in these has petered out. I love both the Creature and the Wolf Man yet I will not pick up either. For some reason neither works as well for me as those first wave figs and I’ve lost interest. For what it’s worth, I’ll be picking up zero figures from the He-man TMNT crossover series (different toy company) either. Guess I’m more of a purest.
I hear what you're saying, dudeーabout the plain Larry Talbot head deal, I mean… But I feel like a straight-up vanilla Raph head with this fig would… I dunno,' maybe •disrupt• the whole spirit of the TMNT/Universal Monsters crossover line. . . I mean, right? 🤔 Personally, I feel that the partial transformation head probably does what they're aiming for •well enough•, at least for me, man. It really feels a lot like the "Mummy-angelo" dual head sitch'ē'āshun (pssh… "fō-ə-net-ix…" Am I right? ×Þ). And by that, I mean that each one of these •amazing• figs has both a head that displays their full uhh, "monsterness…" [🤷♂️…❓️ Monstrosity❔] as well as a head that's •probably• as close to "normal" as their sculptors were aiming for, ultimately. . . …However, I will say that a •TRUE• Larry Talbot/Raphael amalgamated head would have been •interesting•, to say the least ×D Great review, though, man 👍👍 …Unfortunately, I actually had a question about his [presumably] wolfshead-cane/sai that wasn't answered… ='( …So, I guess I'll just have to keep snoopin' around… But anyway, thanks again for the… •KILLER• review, bruddah hehe 🤘🐺🤘
i was just thinking about krang as the blob! i think im going to pass on this one, but im gonna pick up the leo mer-man.

I think they didnt really impress on this one like previous offerings .Just a new head maybe start using new characters .I mean they could have used rahzar who is already kind of a werewolf
I agree a different character should of been used. I wanted Splinter as a wererat ( D&D nod too as Neca has that property) bloody and feral. The reuse as Van Helsing seemed 'phoned in and safe. Be well

Toe Articulation was a thing before Toddy Mac and his statue company started adding limited Articulation. Old toy biz marvel legends had toe Articulation back before McFartlane started doing Articulation.

This figure looks badass. The Wolf Man is my favorite Universal monster and Raph is my favorite Tmnt, so this is a big win IMO.
