paperclown... happen to see this and thought I would let you know that Dolly Parton is a kind of flower and it has an important sub plot in the movie for one of the characters as it is linked to her past.... not sure what too geigh is and da fuck is hmmm, ummm, very articulate but there ya go... Just bought this movie on Vimeo and really really enjoyed it. I will definitely watch it again. The leads were great...they had a natural chemistry together and I appreciated that the movie doesn't use the old trope of ex bf comes back into the picture and the girl starts questioning who she has become. It's the men who have to get it together and the women know who they are. The movie reminded me of watching all those Indy films in the 90's...I loved them because they were fresh and different and over looked their gritty low budget quirks...but today this film does not look low budget. The production quality is really high. I hope you all work together again on another project. I'd definitely invest my $15 (CDN).

Lots of options for a story, we agree. I think we needed someone to disrupt the motion of the story and friend had it's limitations and an ex-girlfriend would have created just another female POV in the story so a heterosexual male who doesn't understand their relationship and brings in his own set of "rules" worked out best. But never thought of the Dutch thing...
