Love watching your channel. ❤ thanks for sharing all your techniques. Idk if you know this but I learned that using a torch is a no no because it has a high volume of heat and it will melt your mold and ruin it weather it is a cheap or expensive mold the torch will melt it to your resin. Try a long neck lighter. Its safer and won't damage your molds. Just a tip. Have fun making resin guys.
No, the blue sparkle really makes the piece. It offsets the white beautifully! The center is pretty busy though. I think it might have worked a bit better using a yellow or gold glitter of a significantly different shade than your gold stick. All those gold dots with the white glitter, there's a lot going on. I also like the depth in the petals. Really nice.
I have watched so many of these videos with the 'flower' coasters and this was absolutely the MOST helpful one! Stunning work, great job... thank you SO MUCH for walking us through this! I think I might actually succeed in making some now!
Hat's off! I didn't think the pen would transfer...and especially not perfectly. I also thought you were overloading the pattern. I Never should have doubted you. Love it! 😍⚘
These are gorgeous! I've done 2 sets and mine stuck too. I take the heat gun to it and it will release immediately without messing up the mold. Im gonna try the piping I was JUST telling my hubby I thought that may be easier. I poured with a silicone cup cake holder. I think piping is key!thanks for sharing youre so talented!
I have used this set as well but I havent had any problems with sticking. I made a pretty pattern on the tray and coasters but I love the blue top coat that you did! I might try the silver pen instead and see how it goes! Your ideas are always great! I enjoy watching your videos! Thank you for sharing your talent!
Every time you do these bloom coasters, I think there's no way these can be prettier than the last ones....... Holy smokes, these are incredible. You just keep getting better and better and coming up with more beautiful designs! Love them.
These are beautiful. I love the choice of the blue. With the cheaper molds they can't take the heat of a torch so it's a long neck lighter job or alcohol spray or heat gun x or they stick like here
That blue you are using LBB was my dad's favorite color. He had trucks and equipment on our ranch all painted that sparkle navy blue that is between a navy blue and a tad royal blue. My son also loves this same color. That big bowl you did would be absolutely beautiful to match those blue coasters. The gold would be pretty painted on in silver.
I have been watching your videos for 2 weeks now. Everyday I watch as many as I can. I want to get into resin and you have made amazing projects! Love your work! Much love from Ohio, USA.
Those cheap, thin molds like that really don't like to be torched. I ruined so many molds before I really figured it out lol. I loved all your coasters and pretties that you make. I love that you show the whole process and what you're thinking. It helps me plan some of my projects by seeing what you have done.
This set is gorgeous Julie you are talented, I have some problems sleeping. So I watch your "how to do" videos, during the long no sleep nights you have peaked my interest in resin. I do plan to get the supplies to start making jewelry, then if I like it I'll get the coaster & try molds. Thank you Julie for the way you tell what your doing & why. Its like you are a teacher at heart. I feel like we are friends, its been nice getting to know you & learn ftom you too 🤟
