Im only about 2 mins in and i find this vid interesting. I got an Inguinal Hernia this year. And decided to seek doctors because of the swelling and discomfort i felt. I did research and decided against a surgery. Because of my lifestyle. Im not willing to stop doing what i do for the surgery. And ive honestly heard about people having more complications from surgery than from just treating it yourself. I decided to to things myself. And focus on Kegel exercises to strengthen the groin area and im doing even better and lifting heavier than when i got injured The injury came from doing Bent Over Barbell Row with 200 pounds til failure for mulitple sets. I dropped weight as i fatigued. But kept going to failure. It still swells from time to time. But its totally manageable. Id advise surgery if you can get it in check... But in my case it took many nights and days of squeezing the hernia back into my "insides" and out if the testicular tubes. To reduce swelling
