I really enjoyed this video. I felt I learned something. I’ve been looking to support Puerto Rican coffee and this video was most informative and helpful.
Thanks, i was just at the supermarket looking at some of the premium blends in PR. Maybe a part 2 down the road?
Cafe crema is my moms favorite 👍👍👍
Hiiii yaucono and cafe Rico for me im a coffe alcoholic since i was 7 cause my father and mom get up so early in the morning and you know how kids are curius. Take care hello to your wife and family please allways remember Jesuscrist the one thas cominggg
Im a Yaucono drinker myself , but now since seeing this review, I'm definitely going to try the other top 4 .
I hope you enjoy them. PR has other smaller brands that I would love to do a video on if I ever get some free time. 😀
I guess I’ve got some coffee to try. Thank you for testing them out
Welcome
Great video. You were Very detailed and honest in your opinion. I also agree with your final choice. Keep making great videos.
Thanks
Enjoyed this video. Cafe Oro’s coffee fields are right behind my house. It’s my valley view. 😍 If you haven’t tried Cafe Oro’s “Boricua” in black packaging you must. It’s my fave.
I’ll give it a try if I see some next trip to the store. You must have An amazing view
@@Gringoslife Oh yeah the view is wonderful. Lately I only find the Boricua in a large container at Sam’s Club.
@@shannonlynne1558 cool my dads going to sams tomorrow. I’ll have him check
I've tried some of them, but I'm partial to cafe Lareno myself
Hola Gringo. I tried all of them but Cafe de Oro. I'm curious about it. For me Cafe Crema is the best one because is kind of sweet. I like your video today, very interesting.
Not my favorite but for $4 to try it why not.
Just found your channel when I was checking on Hayden. I thought there might be current news on him. Love your coffee tasting. I have very definite taste in coffee. Rich, bold, dark, not that slightly burnt flavor. No harsh acidic taste, smooth. I like cream in mine and I don't want it to weaken the coffee flavor. I've never known what to buy when I'm there so I just buy bistro.
Thanks, no news on Hayden sadly. The good thing about PR is the coffee is so cheap you can do a little taste test yourself. The small packs are around $2
Love coffee , last one I tried was 4 Sombras .didn’t like it . Also bought abuelo from Mayagüez will try next week . Thanks Gringo .
Let me know if Abuelo is any good. I want to try it. I also what to find 787 coffee from Maricao.
Not a coffee drinker myself but Thanks for showing some of the best coffee in PR. I think cafe Rico was once. said to be the official coffee of the Vatican. Next up should be a brazo gitano taste test 😅
Thanks, Brazo gitano not a bad idea
Thank you for this video, now I will definitely try " Cafe crema", will you be making more coffee videos?, Thank you and take care ☕❤️☕
Thanks glad you enjoyed it. I might make another one, I want to try some of the local artisan coffees
I’m heading to Bravo in Orlando to buy Cafe Crema. Have never tried it as I’ve always bought Yaucono. Great video ! BTW any news on Hayden since his incident last year?
Awesome! Hopefully you enjoy it as much as I did. No news on Hayden, I’m not even sure he’s on the island.
Hi Peter good to see you again.Thank you for letting us know about coffee ☕️ in P.R.i drink decaffeinated coffee coffee something they have to get in the island.Wich one is the best among all of all.Take care. From Vernon,Ct
Thanks, decaf is definitely lacking on the island and it’s expensive.
Unless its instant coffee which i dont like
Happy new year gringo 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks you Happy New Years!
Lareño for me!!
It is a great coffee. I have 2 bags left at home so I’ll still be drinking it.
😂oh man i been drinking the el coqui. I gonna try some of your favorite and see if I agree .
Hopefully you find a few 💎
The café crema is solid! Even the smell in the bag is much better than el coqui
@@stephendillenbeck3339 awesome glad you liked it
Totally agree with your Cafe Crema is awesome! I'm growing my own now in Las Marias. :)
Nice I’ll have to try yours when it’s ready
@@Gringoslife you might want to try Alto Grande. It’s also spectacular! Look forward to sharing a cup! :)
Interesting subject a different kind of video...I like it..the best is Yaucono..ummmmm
Haha I was drinking the left over yaucono today.
Lareño is also my no 1 ill have to try crema
Where Alto Grande?
Is that a brand?
@@Gringoslife coffee of Popes and Kings. PR 🇵🇷
@joshuaoqquendoandino2236 yes it is 😃
You don't like Yaucono Coffee from Yauco Puerto Rico (Borikén) is one the best Latin community Furthermore, Yaucono coffee sells very well in the United States but specially in Latinos communities ☕ ☕
I’ll drink it but it’s not my favorite.
@@Gringoslife
The flavor is different but I liked
Tu no saves de cafe,te falto (bustelo),mejor q muchos de esos
Bustelo is a Cuban coffee but what do I know 🤣🤣🤣
Bustelo no viene de Puerto Rico es hecho en florida y es mas cubano.
Bustelo is the best it's number one
Haven’t had that in years might have to try some
Bustelo is not Puerto Rican. It was founded 100 years ago by a Spaniard who mixed beans from different countries and started the business in NYC. Then Hispanics in NYC embraced it as their own since you couldn’t find authentic PR cafe back in the 50s. Growing up in NYC, it’s what my mom made.
@@ahnalacey oh, cool. I didn’t think it was from PR but it definitely still a Puerto Rican staple.
@@ahnalacey nice to know 👧 lol
Poor envious girl!
