1:14 tru feel does perform almost same as Pro v on softer slower type greens on park style courses. When play links courses where most of chip and approaches are bump and run, the Tru feel is better than pro v because you want that roll out. All up an excellent ball which by your own admission gave similar performance of pro V.
I tested the Pro VI, Pro VIx, AVX, Tru Feel, and Velocity, Callaway Superhot, Supersoft Max, and Warbird, Vice Pro+, and Taylormade Tour Response by simply doing a bounce test off the concrete, and no ball outbounced the Tru Feel. I tried the Tru Feel on the course and this ball was impressively long, and I even surprised myself because I had a few drives that went farther than my usual drives. I was so impressed by the distance that I immediately bought a dozen balls. If you're looking for distance balls, the AVX, Velocity, Tru Feel, and Vice Pro+ are long. I am currently alternating between these balls.
Looks like another nice offering from Titleist Rick. Excellent job on this review. I agree that Titleist quality control on their golf balls is second to none. I love AVX myself but these are very nice.
Same love the AVX when I'm going for bragging rights with buddies and I use the Trufeel for Normal-fun rounds I recommend getting both and save money on Normal-fun rds

I play Mizuno blades so having a soft ball to pair with the buttery soft blades is optimal.
