It is and it isn’t. Depends on your spirit and the frequency at which it resonates. Try it, tho. I jumped into this about 12 years ago. Never looked back. I’m a Maschine studio ADDICT!!!!!
Cornwall, UK, now rocking with you Big Man! Got the Maschine Mikro Mark 2, it was like £30, boxed and barely ever touched, but there are the obvious MASSIVE drawbacks of it being Mikro. But, hey, it's got me into loving the Maschine workflow, so it's all good, from small acorns, mighty oaks grow, right? What would be the main difference between the Studio and standard Maschine? Which one is the Daddy? I'm ALL about the House groove, chopping and dropping that four four love. 😍
Man I am trying to get back into my machine Studio but after not using it for a while I have to relearn it, not fun. It just takes so long to set up simple things to me. FL studio boom.boom bam done complex drum parts; sounds, simple. Cubase + Air -Transfuser ,incredible. Plus I cut directly in the program like how they used to cut tape in the old days. For solos and to extend clips. I don't want to get rid of it ,it's crazy to sell instruments. I always regret it. So I hope to reintegrate into my work Flow, but it is like why am I suffering to make music. Lol But what you did is what I like about machine . Maybe one day it will just what I need to do a song that's why I keep it.
Hahaha! I get it completely! I move back and forth with Maschine as well! I still love the sequencing of Ableton so as of late I print my drum parts directly to audio from Maschine into my Live set bc I like the feeling of the pads and making drums that way. I think it really comes down to what keeps you in the flow of making music so you spend more time creating and less time thinking about how to start.
¡Muchas gracias! Publicaré más contenido pronto, he estado grabando más vídeos de clientes últimamente, ¡pero creo que es hora de otro vídeo de Maschine!
Great video, just subbed. What expansion where you using for the drums, looked like crate cuts but couldn't tell... I typically like to send my chops to a group vs pad so I can add different effects to each chop, is there a reason you prefer sending to the pad?
Thanks bro, I'm using maschine mikro a a macbook air and a set of crappy monitors my sample rather via RUclips or vynl comes out Hella low. Any recommendations to get it louder?
Are you using an audio interface? If yes, which one and what kind of cables are you connecting to your record player? Sounds like you may need to up the gain on your sample(s) once they are in maschine software
@@johnny5isalive7 You don't need a track machine per se unless you want to record completely analog. You can simply record into the Maschine software or use a different DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) like Ableton, Logic Pro, etc. The Maschine also comes in a standalone version that you can record directly into the physical device but that one costs a bit more. Its called Maschine+
Aight aite. You cooking wit sum gas. I see ya young fella. Keep rocking.
You just convinced me how I’m spending the rest of my life! You made it look so easy and fun

Can you show us how to do it with loops? Chopped up or not lol
Yeah I will do a loops version for sure!

How the hell did you get them samples stored inside your studio😮😮😮

Thanks, Nick! I think this was the DJ Khalil expansion. Khalil did a killer job on it, definitely worth buying!
@@82infinity ha that makes sense then - that expansion is probably my favorite one!

@@82infinity Thanks for your reply I'm not using any interface. I'll definitely update the gain and see if that makes the correction thanks.
Wow I didn't know you could slice in real time. 🙂 That sample is awesome, where did you get it from 🙂😃
Yep, you sure can! This sample is one that I think a buddy of mine sent me.
Sounded like bobby byrd
I’m wondering how he got them stored in his maschine
is this a track machine also?
No, it is a MIDI Controller designed specifically to trigger and control the Maschine software from NI.
