Awesome video man. Im subscribed to you but can you please just put a pan under your drain plug to catch the coolant? I’ve seen you do that twice now lol
One of the best videos I've seen on mechanics...saved an subscribed...going to have'ta tackle this project for my sons car...I'm no mechanic, I'm a carpenter but I'm sure I can do this...thanks man👍
Thanks for the video. I'm trying to bleed but can't get the dam valve loose. The 1/4 inch ratchet fits in the slot fine like you said but won't budge, what is the actual tool I need? Any help?
I broke the Gasket/ o ring on the bleeder and I am having trouble replacing it . I called the Ford dealer and they don't show a part # or part. I tried a regular o ring and it destroys it when i Tighten . Is that o ring Flat or round? any ideas?.
Why did you use green coolant? I have a 2006 Mustang GT and it calls for gold coolant. I was told that gold has certain additives that protect the all aluminum engine.
Excellent video, however, ****Side note**** IF YOU HAVE PETS OR ANY ANIMALS IN THE AREA YOU CARE ABOUT, DRAIN THE ANTIFREEZE INTO A CONTAINER, NOT ONTO THE GROUND. IT IS SWEET, BUT HIGHLY TOXIC!*****
Green antifreeze isn't really toxic. The whole point of switching from ethylene glycol to propylene glycol was due to the low toxicity, low enough that vapes are made up of nearly 50% of it.
Removing the water pump wheel was a nightmare but the bam bam bam shock treatment worked like a charm! Thank you!
This was very helpful and humorous. I enjoyed the video immensely.
