Surface to a Scan using Catia Icem

Here's a video using Catia Icem in V6. These same commands and methodolgy can be used in Catia Icem V5. The techniques shown in the video show:
• Creation of a basic 4 point patch
• Projecting this patch onto the scan in a user set direction
• Manipulating the edges via control points to define outer boundaries
• Cut sections through the scan and surface for comparison
• Create additional surfaces such as Flanges and define the angles (kind of like a law in GSD but with the user interface)
• Use what is called Feature Modeling to refine the surfaces
• Add Fillets
• Interrogate quality using Highlights
• Showing some parameterized surfaces and making changes to a finished looking part

sorry for the really late response. The sections were added to the new surface manually. The persistent sectioning is available today in Icem Surf and coming to CATIA Icem in the latest release.
