The brain produces a phenomenon resulting in low-frequency pulsations in the amplitude and sound localization of a perceived sound when two tones at slightly different frequencies are presented separately, one to each of a subject's ears, using stereo headphones. A beating tone will be perceived, as if the two tones mixed naturally, out of the brain.

idk if this is because i’m high but:
the human body has a resting natural vibration of around 3hz (in general, more sensitive parts can vibrate at up to 8, look it up).
when your listening to this, lay in bed and stay perfectly still. try and smooth out those pulsations you hear into one continuous note. then, shake your body or thrust your hips into the air, and listen for the vibration you hear to be upset, it starts to wiggle. this is because you have moved, so you have increased the natural frequency of your body. then lie very still and listen how the video returns to a smooth sound again, no pulsations.
i feel like my heart 🫀 beating and the other energy in my body are upsetting this frequency, so at the end of a long life, i will be happy in knowing i can finally rest with the earth at 0hz. and the atoms that make up my being will be returned from 435hz, down to 432hz, the frequency of the universe.

    • @leovolont
      @leovolont 4 месяца назад +5

Yeah, that's sort of the definition of Binaural Beat. It is almost exactly like what we can experience with electronic signals when we mix two signals through an impedance, that we get four components coming out, those are the two original mixed signals, and a SUM Signal and a Difference Signal. In the Sound Engineering and Editing for this video, they could filter out the SUM Signal, and well, keep what is important. Since none of these Channels ever bother to explain their Product, or produce any of their Research, well, we can only guess what is going on. Really, we must all do the experimentation ourselves. Even comments hardly help, because, well, on all these Channels, the COMMENTS Sections are swamped to uselessness by all the Polyannas with their "If you are reading this..." comments... all sickening sweet, but preventing anybody with useful information from being heard... just a pile of stinking Sweet Nothings.

If you cannot use headphones, then switch to earphones, which come with a s decent cable length. This blots out any noise from my CPAP pump, as I suffer from obstructive sleep aponea. But more importantly, the benefits from these 2 together, give me longer periods of seriously undisturbed peaceful sleep, which I've not actually experienced in some years now. Getting up, is a real problem now, going to sleep was a problem in the past. But this has all changed now.

Me ayudaban muchisimo a la hora de relajarme en la cama llegando al sueño rem hasta casi dormir. El exceso de ruido que mis oidos acumulaban me llevaron a delirar tanto que encontre esta belleza. This one seems more steady than your 2hz beat, maybe it’s my hearing but this is much more crisp defined 3 beats per second (1-2-3,1-2-3,1-2-3 every tick of the clock) whereas the 2hz seems to have an extra beat every so often, but maybe because my right ear is slightly less than the other...

no, it’s because the resting frequency of the human body is 3hz, so the 2hz one is like playing 2 different songs at the same time. it clashes with your frequency. which is why you hear that extra beat every so often. your out of sync with 2hz.

    3 Hz Binaural Beats:
    - Also fall within the delta brainwave range and provide similar benefits to 2 Hz for deep sleep, memory, and cognitive function[1][2][3]
    - May have a stronger effect on pain relief and the release of endorphins and other feel-good hormones[3][4]
    - Can induce a state of deep relaxation and meditation, promoting mental calmness and clarity[3][4]
    - May help boost the immune system and reduce inflammation in the body[3]

Creating a 3 hz binaural audio. Learn what binaural beats are before coming here with that bogus. AND USE HEADPHONES otherwise you are just listening to an out of tune frequency

You should try listening to theta waves as they help concentrate the mind and if that does not work then listen to gamma as that stimulates the mind

You should probably list the frequencies used for the binaural beat. I know they're around 60, but i like the details.

not 3hz at all, if it was 3hz you wouldn't even hear it that as 3hz stupidly low. Your hearing stops at around 20hz

    • @ryandoherty2398

Probs bc the beat is so low that your phone needs to get the frequency back and makes a popping sound when doing that

+The pyro guy. The binaural beat itself is 3hz but this is produced in this video using two frequencies around 60hz. The left and right channel are slightly different frequencies causing the difference to be heard as a throbbing sound due to interference between the two channels. This throbbing sound is at a speed of 3hz and is called a binuaral beat.
