Yanagisawa A901 vs. Kessler Custom Handmade
Both saxophones were played by the same player using a Theo Wanne KALI Metal mouthpiece. Identical recording and editing settings were used.

I was a professional sax player--counrty and R&B. Had Selmer Mark VII and Conn 10m. those sold off when I decided to focus on the guitar. When My son took up the sax we went with a Kessler Custom alto. I love it. Clear ringing tone, great setup, smooth action, excellent intonation. My second son is now playing and loving it, too. Great product, Dave, and this post fully demonstrates your commitment to your customers. Same good service I found when I was researching for my son's horn.

Definitely better than my Kolhert (there's a reason why you probably haven't heard of it). Damn... I've had that Kolhert for almost ten years. How the years have gone by.

As with any horn comparison for the same player and mouthpiece, there's only a 5% difference in the sound. I prefer the A901 here
