GIN BLOSSOMS 7/1/2023 @ Libbey Bowl in Ojai, CA
This is my favorite GB show so far!! Everyone in the band did a Fantastic job!
Until a few days before the show, I always thought "A Million Miles Away" was a song by The Hooters. Robin's voice was incredible on that song (thumbnail snapped from that song), and I believe that is also the song Scott went crazy wild on guitar!!
    0:00 "Allision Road"
    3:31 "Learning the Hard Way"
    8:07 "Miss Disarray" (snippet)
9:40 "A Million Miles Away" (The Plimsouls cover snippet)
10:50 "Folsom Prison Blues" (Johnny Cash cover snippet)

Great footage. I just saw them in mid-June in Mass. Love "Learning the Hard Way"....or anything off of the Major Lodge Victory album.

Was this sound check? I've seen them a few times and this was kinda low energy.

I forgot the exact story, but I think they had bus trouble and got here late for a soundcheck. Maybe even the AC went out on the bus, making them exhausted. I do recall waiting a long time between the opening band and them playing, trying to figure out where some feedback was coming from. So maybe that all had something to do with it, but to me they still seemed to play at the same as usual (but I've only been seeing them live the past 5 or so years).
