Ridgid is the OG of shop vacs and has stood the test of time. 14+ years with mine thru regular and construction usage, tenant turnovers and remodels, and this thing has never failed me.
For $10 more at Lowe’s you can get the 9 gal Dewalt Wet/Dry Vac $89 until 10/30. Item#: 5248117 Model: DXV09P-QT. It’s the most quiet wet/dry vacuum I’ve ever heard.
Maaannnn those videos take a long time to film and edit. I'm wrapping up a bathroom remodel right now and moving right into a refresh of a house we just closed on a couple of weeks ago. It was a filthy mess! Honestly no time to get into those videos unfortunately. Not with the time-crunch I currently have.
Glad to be one of the last few to get you to 25K. I have aways watched when I can. But when I missed out on that lowes buy one get one miter saw deal. I was kicking myself for not subscribing. So never again... great channel 🎉
I have the Ryobi but would pick up another bundle if they offered the extended reach one. So far I've bought 2 of the Walmart extended 12v they put in work, reach in great for transmission replacement. And ok if I loose one. Cheap. But ryobi extended kit would be awesome for xmas kit from Ryobi. Wonder if youtubers can promote Idea kits, get the retailers to start listening. Stop the junk tool kit bit count, etc.
Nah it's definitely brushed but still works well! They do have a "Wen" kit for $99 as well that is brushless. People seem to love it. I'll mention that as an alternative in the next video.
Good to know! Yeah I have some battery operated shop vacs. One from Ryobi and ironically a Ridgid (and it's a little beast), but corded I go Ridgid all the time.
The Milwaukee 8 and 12 are known for issues . Like the m12 6 amh batteries they are junk as well, don’t waste your time an money. Why the rest of their batteries seem to be decent
Awww man that's funny you say that because as I was editing I was just thinking about how trash the M12 6ah batteries were! I've had 2 fail on me. I'm to the point I don't even feel like getting the warranty service. Not sure how they're struggling on that front but I've moved on.
@@ToolDeals I had 3 out of 5 mess up one straight out of the package two more lasted for almost two years didn’t warranty them did that one that was bad out of the package. The replacement they sent me made it one or two changes before the light show started. Went to 5 amh batteries got two of them so far so good. Time will tell
Any time! That was a nice score! Ohio Power Tool usually has some little hidden gems. They used to sell Metabo (Not HPT) tools CHEEEEAP CHEAP. Honest to God glitches but they lasted for months LOL. I mean you could get whole kits with High Output batteries for like $49. In SANE!

25K. You deserve it bro!
Is the ryobi impact reach with the batteries at HD for $79 a good deal?
Some nice deals ty
Any time Tom! Thanks for the comment!
I'll wait for black Friday, HD might offer the $60 Rigid shop vac deal again.

Man, one day we might have that type of pull! I know I don't at the moment. But that's good to know the Hyper Tough put in work. I've always wondered!
i think thats a brushless planer in the $99 ryobi deal also ..

The Dewalt vac would break down on me all the time. Ridgid survived all my abuse

That Ryobi ratchet is the beeeees kneeeees Chris!
LOL, so I've heard!
A patreon to get publicly posted tool deals! Are you for real!?!?
I agree it's almost too good to be true! But trust me it's true, I signed up and they are there!
Rigid is king of shop vacs
That's my assessment too! Although, i did just buy a commercial shop vac. I'm going to see how that one compares!
They used to be. Not anymore from what I’ve heard.
Ohhhh snaaaP!! 25k subs?! That is, Cray-Zee 😂Congrats man! 🫡

No it's not the Ridgid is better hands down!
Definitely my experience and seems to be the consensus!

Hey Ted!

Can’t believe you didn’t mention that the Craftsman impact driver doesn’t have modes. Shame on you.
I thought I did! I might've messed up and said it the first time around and had to edit it out!

Completely stopped seeing your videos for a few months…. Weird.
Very weird! I don't know what's going on with that.
