    Great job! In my experience, it's not all the time that the plant produces flowers.

    Nice video - I have Blue Adirondack's growing as well for the first time - hope I do as well.
    Also you would have had better luck hilling by using an indeterminate variety of potato. Adirondack Blue is determinate, meaning it grows most potatoes on one level.
    Purple Peruvian, German Butterball, Burbank Russet are examples of indeterminate varieties that take longer, but will grow more potatoes when hilled.

      Thank you. That is great advice. I did not even know potatoes have determinate and indeterminate varies like potatoes. I will definitely try the varieties you suggested. Fingers crossed for you
