    Just got my seeds today. Thanks for making this video; the other videos I attempted to watch didn't contain much useful information and I also found to be very annoying. You really do a great job with your flow & presentation; I really enjoyed the "about portion" in the beginning of the Video. Thanks!

    Great video. My shishitos are doing very well. One question. What is the solar thing in the bed? A fan? A heater?

    I love shishito peppers. I like to roast them in a marinade of soy sauce, ginger, and garlic. I serve them as a side for burger or sandwiches.

    Awesome. i'm going to get the Morbloom fertlizer, i would just stick with one fertilizer, not knowing i should switch. That's the deal breaker... i just bought a shishito pepper, i want more fruit, growing in zone 3B, very short going season. Very jealous of growers in warmer climates. 😊

    Have you grown nadepenos ? If yes how did they do and was the flavour good ? I love chillies but 4 years ago my mouth developed huge blisters and my tongue cracked and bled when I ate a red chilli in a chines takeaway sauce .it was unbelievably hot and it scared me as my reaction was so extreme .I miss chillies and love cooking them on my griddle to blister them and serve with finely diced ginger corriander garlic salt and black pepper with olive oil fresh lemon and lime wedges feta cheese and chunky crusty buttered bread

    What do they taste like compared to other peppers? Like are they more capsicum or hot chillis, eaten sparingly or cooked a certain way?

    I saw red shisito peppers in the store and I was afraid to buy them because I thought they might be spicy hot.

    Do you prune your shishito peppers?

    • @gardenonahillvin
      @gardenonahillvin  5 месяцев назад +1

      I did not for this video but I highly suggest you do since I’ve been doing that on my other peppers this year and has been growing better. Prune the single stalk so it become 2 main runners while it’s growing. Good luck
