Windows 8.1 app store is not working... we need just run RUclips and WhatsApp... please try to work it if possible

I will upload a video Shortly on how to run the available application without store. App store won't work in win 8 or 8.1. RUclips and Whatsapp apps no longer support win phone so that won't be a possibility. But i will try to run that via browser.
