HP Elite X3 owner here running Windows 10 mobile but about to upgrade to Windows 10 full used on tablets with ARM chips. I have the Walmart Onn 10 inch tablet running 10S that can install and run from google play store too and my processor is powerful enough to run it as well. Windows phone will live on here.
Well just hit a brick wall with the HP. Early 4g bands not supported so does not work on any system as a phone anymore. AT&T, Sprint, T Mobile, Cricket, Trac Phone SIM cards do not work in it. Do not know who still has cell service in the US with one in use so probably going to scrap and buy a new gen smartphone and upgrade it to new windows 11 with ARM and Google Play support to home brew a Windows phone. Shame about this one going extinct.

There was a project called Astoria that allowed you to install android apks on windows 10 mobile, I tried but it was hard to get apks to work, that being said, it is not worth it, but you can search for Astoria project if you want to try it
