    SEAT BELTS FOR SAFETY
    Un-edited cuts: A film to demonstrate a new safety harness for small children. It's called the Guardian Angel. M.S. Woman comes out of house with her two small children and they get into a Mini car. C.U. The woman straps her two children into the back seat. She gets into the car and drives off. M.S. Pan of car moving along mews towards main road. C.U. Woman driving car. C.U. Hands on wheel and the two children in back. View through car windscreen while driving through traffic at Marble Arch and the West End. A woman steps out into the road not looking where she is going. The car slams on its breaks. V.S. Inside the car trying to show the effect on the woman and the two children who are held by their seat belts being. The straps save them but the children's teddy bear falls to the floor. The children shown are those of the inventor, Ian N Rankin.
