Rf2 has its own competition system so no place for lfm but again the sim is just not popular enough and now the lmu release just split the player base further more.
@@davecamm Is that because you prefer a round rim with the H shifter? I'm curious because I would assume this car has a 300mm or less wheel and IIRC you typically drive with a smaller wheel.
Ive tried iRacing cockpit view for a few days, and I REALLY dont like it. Can you change the view to front bumper or another type of view? Ive googled it but there isnt really concrete info on how to change it.
You can have relaxed camera views in hosted races but you're forced into the cockpit view for official races. If you open the camera tool Ctrl f12 you can make some changes to make it a little better 👍

How in crewchief can i activate all infos about other drivers during the race and the incident count like you seem to have ? Haven't found these in crewchief options 😢
I noticed you’re using the clutch pedal with upshifts but not downshifts. Can you explain how that works and what clutch assist you’re using in iracing? Are you using a button on the wheel for clutch when downshifting / braking?
This car has a dog box so the clutch isn't necessary for shifting, (unlike a regular synchromesh gearbox) although you need to take the strain off the gearbox to allow it to shift. The quickest way for me to shift is to keep the throttle pinned and 'dip' the clutch on the upshift, and blip/rev match on downshifts. I have my assists set to anti stall clutch. You can see my feet/shifter at points in this race where I switch the camera which will probably explain things better 😁

that was the most intense battle that I've seen dave do. I wasn't breathing the entire race towards the end.

For the early part of the race, it felt like you'd got the handbrake on. Entertaining though.
Wish my brake pedal was as soft as yours is lol i have same pedals and mine dont move as easy as urs in the softest setting
I wouldn't say it was soft. A little softer than I'd usually run but if say I'm at around 50kg force to get to the second stage
I run my Heusinkveld Ultimate + with the softest rubbers and at 25kg force only with socks.
