1/3 cup all purpose flour
♥ Sauce
1/4 cup chopped red onion
2 tablespoons cooking oil
3 ounce palm sugar
4 tablespoons tamarind paste
4 tablespoons water
4 tablespoons fish sauce
5 tablespoons water
♥ Topping
6 teaspoons crispy onions
Pinch of crispy garlic
5 dried chilis
Cilantro to taste
