I used to just throw them away thinking they aren't any use for cooking anymore and I kinda thought back then that it was pretty wasteful of me. I started out watching your videos, then I made your recipes and then I bought your cookbook and have never stopped! I make ripple recipes of your honey butter chicken for potlucks or picnics. I have posted your recipes on other channels and Facebook sites over and over again. Everyone who eats your food DEMANDS that they get the recipe. (I am sure to give you credit for the recipe. I have made your bread over and over again. I make enough for two loaves and 12 buns at a time. It freezes very well in case anyone is interested. I am not sure if the chicken freezes because there is only enough for a meal one evening and lunch the next day. I will say it is still crunchy the next day. I have made your recipe for kimchi dozens of times. I am not Korean but I could live on rice and your recipes. It is a staple in our family. I make it spicy because my husband will not eat it. I like spicy. For those who do not cook, you don't know what you are missing. You should try it. It is easy and scrumptious.
Love what ever you cook. I made your side dishes like kimchi, whole kimchi, spinach, mung beans, Korean radish, fried anchovies ,spicy fried tofu, pickled radish and carrots, steam eggplant with soy sauce and garlic. ! Thank you for inspiring me
