Alice's face fading in after the Luka death when Mrs. Verac says "gee I wonder why" got me laughing pretty good. Your vids are the best my dude, always instant watches and likes from me!

I'm very thankful to the algorithm gods for recommending your channel on the Vermintide video. Keep up the good work, your content is one of the most enjoyable I've seen in years.
This is the tenth time I've watched this friend. Your videos have been very refreshing and dopamine/ serotonin bringers. The videos feel like that one kid in school presenting on something they clearly have passion and a lot of knowledge on. It is fantastic. Thank you for the content I so rabidly consume.
If you are wondering why there are so many options to skip getting cards or remove cards, think of it this way- There is a much, much better chance to get all 5 parts of exodia in a 10 card deck than it is in a 100 card deck. There are decks out there built to have almost 0 cards, so that you just keep on reshuffling your deck and picking your one good card. This is often done by using a bunch of "use it once in a fight, then remove it completely from the fight" cards
Verac, I absolutely love your content dude, no matter how many times I watch a video, it doesn't get boring to rewatch'em. With that being said, I'd absolutely love if you reviewed Library of Ruina!
I would also really recommend Breach Wanderers, it's a Indie game for mobile very much inspired by Slay The Spire with a couple of very cool twists. You can customize your starting deck and make different types of decks for different characters and also edit the card pool of possible cards that you would find for that deck. It is really a hidden gem in my opinion, it's also the first mobile game that I ever gave money to, because I wanted to support the devs, check it out! The last update is coming pretty soon and I'm very hyped for it.
Verac! i've been accompanying your videos ever since the second one. Its so great to see how you found your own niche. I see good old Bricky now influenced you. At first you were very much like Sseth, but you've really grown into your own style and pacing that is surprisingly comfy and clean

Verac reminds me of a box of cereal with a prize in it. Ya wake up in the early afternoon, have a nice bowl of Verac, then ya get a little game to play from his recommendation. Sept you pay for the toy…and Verac isn’t food….I guess he’s not really like cereal after all.
No joke, the most fun run I ever had was on defect where I did get sneko eye as a random starting reward and then found the Meteor on like, the third encounter or smth like that. That was such a blast.
This game sounds like "What if Kingdom Hearts Chain of Memories was playable"... simply because it's not an action RPG where you have to fight and move in a 3D environment while managing your cards at the same time... It looks awesome!
My favorite decks revolve around using Ironclad and just milling through a massive deck with corruption and dark resolve. Constantly drawing cards as i exhaust cards. Add on some more artifacts in regards to skill cards, getting exhaust cards back, and stacking up to 30+ defense while doing some ridiculous damage
If I hadn't already wasted hundreds of hours of my life playing Slay, this video's reference to Queen Alice at around 14:00 would definitely have convinced me to anyhow. 👀

I have clocked hundreds of hours in this game before I knew it, and believe gameplay is king. However, what made this game special is its gripping atmosphere, which I thought was eerie and depressing, but it’s hard to say. There’s just enough story “between the lines” that it makes you wonder what is actually happening there, just what is the Spire? It’s a case of less is much, much more. When I saw the outro at the end of my first successful run, I was sincerely touched. Something just clicked emotionally. Now that I own this game on multiple devices, I can’t believe I waited over a year, hoping the price would drop below -50%. I’ve become disillusioned with the games industry, and at this point believe that amazing games can’t be made on purpose. Masterpieces like this one are happy accidents, which can be counted on fingers and maybe toes. This is why the studios who made them can never recapture their magic. Treasure this one!

Hey Verac, really nice vid! You should review deep rock galactic, and maybe even force unsuspecting women into playing with you, if you’re lucky. Or play with the boys. It’s fun either way, and if you have no friends it’s still fun either way.
Played this for some time, and it's pretty fun. It's just too bad that sometimes (read: frequently) RNG can screw you over. And sometimes when you're having a great run and having a blast, the last boss is that stupid goddamn Time Eater thing that forcibly ends your turn after seven cards played and gets stronger with each turn to boot. There is such a thing as a build failure even if you do everything right, just because of this one boss. Or if all you get are trash cards. Still pretty fun, but some runs simply cannot be won with certain decks even if in every other instance the deck is a rock solid one. And you won't know when you're gonna get screwed by the game through no fault of your own.
