Happy to say I logged just about every character before playing other things for a while, this video was actually super informative, I had no idea the DLC included those 3 new survivors the Heretic, the Railgunner, & the Void Fiend they seem like such cool additions as well those new corrupted items. This was such a well-made video, anybody who knows their way around the game already will agree this video covered just about everything, & even then to some it might be surface level. Great video man, you definitely need more subscribers with content like this.

I can’t lie, my first experience with railgunner was her being an unstoppable god because my CSGO LEM friend was frying, and watching it was like trying to commentate on OW gameplay. He would just run into CQB, hit every headshot, and stack crowbars and delicate watches. He one shotted EVERY phase of Mithrix.
When modding RO2 it often goes one of two ways you either just download quality of life mods, character tweaks, and maybe starstorm; or you start downloading mods with wanton abandon like a needle starved commando and basically take a *12Gauge* to any sense of normalcy the game used to have.
Great video! Fun fact: Shaped Glass used to not cancel your One Shot Protection. That means it was always best to pick up a Shaped Glass, get Crit with a Harvester Scythe, and you're nearly invincible and do double damage!

I got the game for me and a friend since it was on sale then watched this video. What you showed in this video made it seem like an absolute steal for $6.
Add in that it's moddable And damn, DLC makes Starstorm kinda unneeded since it adds several items that were in the mod to vanilla game- like Wungus is vanilla version of Dormant Fungus from Starstorm. Cool to see that Hoopoo seen what people wanted in game. And DLC also adds in a Void class, at least class you get from Void, like Starstorm mod. Mod adds Nemesis- Merc half brother of Comando DLC adds Void Fiend- VOIDED Comando with a crab-do
Ironically I've figured out how to make the corrupted fungus work for the Engineer and is how I managed to do a challenge that was just giving me such a hard time.

i mean, on the devlog they said it was gearbox who made the maps Aphelian Sanctuary and Siphoned Forest(also some void enemies), and honestly, they are pretty fucking good, also, Risk of Rain: Returns, will be Hopoo last project with RoR's IP, as they did everything they wanted with it
You forgot the strat of using that area under the map on the room right before the moon that unlocks modifiers to farm infinite loot with a paused timer. 😂
The Head-Set V2 red item straight up sabotaged a great run as artificer for me. The stomp/groundslam input is the same as Arty's glide, and it takes priority over glide. I build Arty around staying miles in the air and raining electro orbs down while my friend takes all the heat. Easily the worst red item IMO as an Arty main.
It definitely does not get old, I love being a console player who totally doesn’t need to wait 2 years for a single very important update that makes the game infinitely funner, and also doesn’t have glitches and bugs every single stage that doesn’t hurt my gameplay
I wish for the life of me that they added the DLC to console, all of my friends love this game and we all have very fond memories of playing the game and doing dumb shit like all of us going Captain and only using mortars. Or doing the artifact of command and only taking speed items on Acrid. I hope the remake of the first game lives up to the hipe.

My friend's favorite character is MUL-T. Mine was Acrid, now its between him, Captain, and Void Fiend. His parents are dead, mine are divorced, we have a good time. He plays MUL-T for the two Christmases he never had, I play Captain for the father I never had.

The thing i love most about RoR2 are all the incredible playable characters i can ignore so that i can just play Huntress for 700 hours.
I remember one day that it was a grand ol idea to spend around 4-5 hours to get 1000 bungus on engineer, and by god was it glorious
