The page where you link the Toyota app doesn't come up on my new Camry. Nor does any QR code or 8 digit number. Been trying to activate services for 2 hours. So frustrating.
@@LITTOTREE Salesperson said to go to the car screen, click settings, scroll down to the bottom, click apps, then click remote connect and follow the prompt in the screen. But we never got any prompt. We'd previously downloaded the Toyota app to our phone. Hours after doing the above I think we got a code or link on the phone and clicking that (or typed the code, can't really recall since we tried so many things that didn't produce the proper results that my mind has turned to mush). Then the app indicated we could set up the services, but we haven't done that yet. Sorry I can't be more clear.

This won't work - things have changed. I brought home a 2024 Prius Prime two days ago. I could not find the Toyota app for android. Page 43 of Multimedia Owner's Manual for the car instructs the owner to start the process on the multimedia screen, enter your smartphone telephone number, hit "send" and "Download the Toyota app using the link sent by text to your smartphone."

I had similar message after scanning my vin. I noticed it put a J in the place of a 1, so I scanned it again and it corrected itself
