Great Video. Thanks! I like how you say "Hoovered" up, but since it's a Dyson, maybe "Dysoned-up"? All in good fun, but the video was helpful. My attachment hose wore out so I'm watching your video to understand how to replace the hose.
Very helpful in explaining how the brush goes back in especially where those little tabs on the end of the roller should be located. It may be my computer (or my hearing) but I would have liked the sound to be louder.
The vacuum works great but there is air blowing out of the base just below the top filter. I checked the assembly and all is clicked correctly. What is the problem? Help!
if dc07,14,33 lay machine flat and the diverter valve is on left hand side and swivels. the top of the valve is like a clock face turn the whole valve counter clockwise till it clicks about an inch or 2. then stand the vacuum up.
You use another vacuum cleaner to clean the filter, brush etc. Guess what ? Most normal people only have ONE vacuum cleaner. It would have been good to offer another option.
I know this 9 years old but bro thank you. This gave me everything I needed. Bless you
I have just followed this video and my Dyson is now working again. I think cleaning the filters and brush definitely helped. Thanks
Thanks for the video. Good job. :) I'm using this tutorial as a last-ditch effort to keep my DC33 running after purchasing new three years ago.

In the UK we call all vacuum cleaners Hoovers!
I have a DC 33 and I did all that yet my brush still doesnt spin
Louie Cypher ever figure it out?
@@eckopoppin I assume it's the clutch, which is same problem with my DC33 and this does not show how to replace that :-(

I've just bought 1 2nd for 15 quid! It doesnt have the clear tube unfortunatly OR the extending pole. But it performs brilliantly otherwise
